Scam Company

I agree with the negative reviews after my experience. Joe's advertised an LG OLED TV at an unbelievably low price. Same exact model (EF9500 series) I called to order and they immediately tried to upsell me to the same model BUT they claimed was made in another country but which actually was equivalent to the model sold in the stores. Essentially, they said the cheap one they advertised was an 8 bit unit instead of the 10 bit unit I should buy at a higher price.

I called Best Buy which called their LG rep. The LG rep verified they have never made an 8 bit model and that Joe's misrepresented that. I then called LG myself and their customer support also noted they did not make an 8 bit model. Essentially, Joe's was misrepresenting the product in order to bait and switch to a higher price than advertised.

Interestingly, Joe's gets around this when doing a different kind of search on their web site where they advertise the same product and model number. The cheaper one makes no representation as to bit count whereas a second one at full price state's its a 10 bit. Absolutely identical product description except one makes no claim to bit count and the higher price item states its 10 bit. HOW SKANKY IS THAT?

Needless to say I did not buy. I share this as a forwarning about Joe's. Caveat Emptor...

Very friendly! I didn't expect the phone call from them confirming everything. I got a really good deal on the price of the TV and also got a nice extended warranty on it. The total price (warranty and all) was about the same price as just the TV itself from many other stores. No complaints at all!

I was very surprised at the cost of the TV that I was searching for. The price of the TV was more than $800 less than Best Buy and PC Richards. I was hesitant to proceed with the purchase because of that. I read the reviews for Joes and that made me feel better about proceeding. The customer service was OK, not excellent, but with the price I paid I didn't care. I was a little surprised at the delivery insurance cost, but that was on me for not reading the fine print.

Saved over $500 per TV compared to other stores. Delivery was faster than expected. Everything as described and working well. Will definitely do business again when in the market for a new TV.

Joe's AV... I was referred to this company from a coworker... MAANNN This Company is top notch I was surprised because they were and online company! NEWAY they matched the prices of HH Greg and Best Buy the 2 stores I buy my electronics from they even gave me a undisclosed discounted price for a Samsung 60' in order for me to be a satisfied customer... the movers were pretty much prompt in the morning so I could attend work the rest of the day... the movers told me to open the box to make sure all pieces were present and that the tv was not broken just awesome and polite... Thanks Joe's I will be ordering from you guys again!... 1 HAPPY CUSTOMER:

Excellent shopping experience. Professional and courteous from the initial order all the way through to the delivery of the merchandise. Upon placing my order online I received a phone call from Joe's confirming the order and offering additional services. I was provided updates on the status of my purchase often and the customer service was outstanding. I actually got a better deal than any other vendor offered on Black Friday or Cyber Monday, no one could beat their price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good deal.

I am very please with the customer service and the professionalism I received from Joe's AV. The 65" Samsung TV I ordered was received undamaged and was brand new as advertised. I had never purchased a major product like this before from a reseller, so naturally I was apprehensive; however, Joe's AV eased my worries with the outstanding service I received from start to finish. After reading some bad press I was a little skeptical about ordering from Joe's av. I have to say that process was Amazon smooth. The price shown on their website was the price that I paid. They delivered and setup the TV for a nominal fee. The driver was courteous and knowledgeable, he even wore booties to cover his feet while he was in the house! Thanks Joe's!

I made the mistake to overlook the negative reviews. Because of that I waited two month for nothing. Wasted my time and had to deal with rude and unprofessional staff. I'm sure they have someone putting up fake positive reviews to lure people in.

Overall experience was awesome!
Even if they have hidden costs (2% Shipping insurance), but most of others
Have it as well. It took 1.5 week to get it in CA, which is acceptable.
Their customer support working hard, they contact me almost instant when I
Placed my order. They offered Express Prime delivery and free HDMI cable as
Bonus.
Delivery guys call me one day before they come.
I'm really happy with my Samsung 65" Curved TV and price what I paid for it.
So, Joe's AV makes top line TVs more valuable.
