I have been a customer of Joe's for a while and have always had absolutely STELLAR experiences with them. Time and time again they surprise me with how great they can be on pricing, speediness and customer service. Today they surprised me again. I called in and spoke with Jeffrey regarding a situation that was my fault; I had incorrectly entered a new credit card. Jeffrey was extraordinarily patient and waiting on the phone with me until we had updated the payment information and confirmed my order had gone through successfully. You just do not see that a lot these days. Many thanks to Joe's and especially to Jeffrey for his professionalism. I wish the rest of the industry would follow their lead.

I have ordered 2 times from Joe's AV. The first item was a TV mount that arrived damaged. After contacting customer service they rectified the problem in an acceptable time frame. So I made a second purchase. Both items arrived 5-7 business days later (standard shipping).

There delivery service is far superior than u. S appliance, joe's peace of mind statement is for real. Very important for online buying. Just wish i would have discoverd them first before losing a lot of money at u. S appliance with broken LED tv. Joe's price was better also.
