Talked with the seller about my parameters for viewing and settled for a 80" Sony LED TV. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me real info not the salesman info for that I am impressed. The TV itself is great but what makes the difference is the buying experience with a seller who takes the time to talk rationally about your wishes and the alternatives. Delivery came as advertised. Overall a great shopping experience.

Stay Away!

I don't believe the positive reviews this store gets worst customer service. See for yourself. Place an order and they will be friendly after that try calling for the status and I bet its not the same. Never got my order even after waiting two months. Called for status and I get greeted with an attitude. Any other store would not be around anymore.

Joe's is a good place to order electronics. They did just exactly what they said they would do. They kept me well informed on the status of the shipment and delivered within 10 minutes of the agreed upon arrival time.

I would order from Joe's again. I am very happy with the product and the service.

Great Experience

Joe's did a great job. This is the first time that I purchase a high value item through the internet. I need to admit I was skeptical at first. The transaction took maybe ten minutes. John was very helpful and provided a great deal (approx. $500 lower than the lowest price in the local area). TV arrived just as promised. The best part was that we were communicating through the whole process. John returned my e-mails in a reasonable time and answered all my questions. I had my new Samsung UN65JS8500FXZA TV. Recommend the Express Prime delivery. Great experience and highly recommend!

I BOUGHT MY 75" SAMSUNG 4K TV TWO MONTHS AGO... IT WORKS FANTASTIC! I SAVED A COOL $2500 FROM BEST BUY PRICES AND ANOTHER $250 ON THE INSTALL... SERVICE FROM JEFFREY WAS GREAT... TV ARRIVED ON TIME... JEFFREY ALSO THREW IN SOME CABLES FOR ME... IF U WANNA WASTE YOUR MONEY DONT BUY THE TV ONLINE... BUT IF YOU CAN USE THE EXTRA DOUGH... JEFFREY IS THE WAY TO GO! :)

I purchased a Samsung Smart 65" TV from joe's and was very happy with the customer service I received. I had been searching the internet and my local stores and this was the best deal I could find. My TV is awesome and we are enjoying it. They even through in two pair of 3D glasses!

I purchased this TV Samsung UN65JS9500FXZA from Joe's AV and everything went fine. I know you are looking for responses from people who have had issues, but don't let them scare you - I found Joe's highly reputable. Do not hesitate to place your order, They have the best prices for these TV's. With a shipping cost/insurance, they bring the TV right into your living room, take it out of the box,, and make sure it works before they leave. Overall good experience with them. I will purchase again.

Absolutely cannot beat the prices. I don't know how they do it, but they are significantly lower than the majors even after expedited shipping.

Also have solid customer service. Was able to directly email with a rep to sort out my billing info quickly and get my order processed.

Bought a 65inch Samsung and it arrived the same week - no issues. Will keep buying from them as long as they keep beating the prices.

No old stock here!

Fantastic experience from the guys at Joe's AV! We purchased our new Samsung UN78JS8600FXZA 78 inch 4K from Joe's Av last week. And when I say new I mean this set was just manufactured 30 days ago! No old stock here! The only thing better than the picture on this TV was the sales and service support we received from the guys at Joe's. Not only were they several hundred dollars less than Amazon (dont even mention Bestbuy!) but they showed up right on time and had the TV playing in a matter of a few minutes. What a concept! The whole process from ordering to delivery was very smooth. We could not be happier with our experience! Thanks again!

I found Joes to be very helpful and responsive to my order and to my questions during the week it took for my TV to arrive. I paid for their Express Prime delivery. The delivery men placed the TV in where I asked them to, then turn it on so that I could see a picture on the screen, after which I paid for the TV on the spot.
I recommend this method to anyone buying a TV over the internet. Especially if you have never seen the TV in a showroom before. Great service so far, and great prices.

I ordered a new TV from their website. They had the best price, and reviews were positive. But as a few of the reviews stated... it was clearly a bait and switch! I got a phone call the next buisness day stating "we don't deliver there" (I live in SoCal, so I find that hard to believe). But... for an additional $100 they could deliver it "white glove"... after a $50 rebate because they really want my business Otherwise it would a month until we got the TV.
I told them to cancel my order, which they said they would do before my CC was charged. I will update this if they don't.
Anyone looking at these reviews... know that they request the review immediately following the purchase... so the reviews are all prior to receiving the merchandise.

We recently bought two 65'' Samsung tvs from Joe's. I had never heard of Joe's but they offered the lowest price. Our tv's were shipped with a private company so that they arrived completely undamaged. I was very impressed with the level of customer service offered. I will definitely look to Joe's AV for my future tv and electronic purchases.

Thanks Joe's AV! My husband and I are LOVING our new SMART TV! We had a much better experience purchasing from you than from Best Buy or Circuit City... where our previous TVs came from and at a much lower price! We got a great deal... amazing customer service and our product was delivered right our door without any problems! Just as Joe's av promised!

I couldn't be more pleased with my purchases or service from Joe's av. I had researched the product for performance and price prior to contacting the company. I had some reservations making such a large purchase online. When I called the salesman, Jay, spent a great deal or time providing me with information about the products, service, delivery, etc. My tv and blue ray player both arrived earlier than expected. The delivery person was extremely helpful and went well beyond what I expected during delivery. The follow-up service has been terrific. They are committed to customer satisfaction which is truly appreciated in this day and time.
I highly recommend you consider Joe's for your electronic purchases.
I know I wont be buying from anyone else!

I was looking for the lowest price possible on a LG #LC70UE30U.
I looked all over the internet and I finally stumbled over Joe's AV. I looked around and found the TV I wanted at the lowest price possible. I have looked everywhere... local stores and all over the internet. When I found them I thought it was too good to be true. I felt more secure when I was told that they would hook it up when they delivered it and I would be able to check it out and see that everything was good with it, not to mention I wouldn't have to pay for it until they did this. Well I ordered the TV on monday Feb. 15,2016 and it was delivered on Wednesday, Feb. 17,2016. I couldn't believe how quickly it came, especially when even local places don't deliver this quick. I am very happy with the prompt service and the TV. I would and will recommend joesav.com to everyone I talk to.

My experience with joes av was very pleasant. I ordered on the Internet and the next morning a representative called me to check the order. I was given information about an extended warranty. I choose to add the warranty and he said they would ship the receiver that day. In a few days I had my Samsung 75" TV.
Everything works and i am a happy customer.
