I've ordered a lot of stuff on the internet over the last few years, mostly through Amazon and some tool companies, some little things on e-bay, but this is the first big electronic's item that I ordered and I was nervous, in general, having read reviews from buyers who purchased TVs and stereos on-line... and had had bad experiences.

Well, I have to say my experience with joes was perfect. Unbelievable low price, received it in perfect condition (brand-new, factory packaging),
And communications were excellent, too.

They exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I recently purchased a 75" LG 4K Tv. It was delivered as promised and undamaged.
I paid a few dollars more for the Express Prime service and the guys did a great job.
I spent a weekend getting my new theater hooked up and tested and set is amazing!.
I highly recommend Joe's Av! I also bought the extended warranty! Overall a great deal.

TV is very good, working out of the box. The picture and sound is very good.
