A long wait. It took longer than I expected to get my ring. I didn't know that the ring would be coming from China.

This was a awesome ring my wife to be loved it she has not taking it off yet I'm so thankful

It took too much time to arrive but the ring of my wife arrive, mine not yet. Still waiting.

I paid extra for 3 to 5 day shipping and waited for almost 2 weeks the ring is beautiful though

I paid for a ring in december and still have not received it! I would like to know why it is taking so long to receive something that i paid for

The shipping and order was a little bit longer and my confirmation order was invalid. The jewelry itself it completely beautiful.

Order was way too late paid additional for fast shipping and it arrived beyond the time it suggested

I placed an order on the 29th of November. I noticed my old address was on there so I reached out to customer service immediately after that same day I spoke with IVY who assured me that the address will be corrected and not to worry...The tracking says delivered but I have received NOTHING!. I reached out again to customer service I was then told the package is still on its way not to worry and be patient. Here it is January and my wife still doesn't have her gift that was supposed to be for Christmas and no futher communication from customer service. BEWARE! I would just take my chances going to the mall or something this company is not it!

I ran across these rings this ring on the social net work and wanted to get my daughter since she said she wanted one at Christmas day and that was too late so I'm getting her a little gift after Christmas and it looks like you got great jewelry at great prices

A very good selection of rings, one thing I didn't like was there is no way to see after a purchase is finalized of what day my item would arrive, other than that minor detail it's an overall great 👍 website.

My ring came rather quickly. I read other reviews that said two weeks. My precious ring showed up within 9 days. The packaging was nice. The ring is breathe taking. The pictures don't do it justice. I will say it does run small. I am normally a 7 and I checked my size prior to ordering. However I felt I needed to size up to a 7.5 and I am glad I did because a 7.5 is even a little tight. I did not want to mail her back because it was my engagement ring. I just would've preferred a little bit of a looser fit.

Promised 9 to 12 days shipping took over a month worse customer service I have ever experienced I felt completely ignored. I will be sure that all my friends and family are aware of my experience and steer clear. Will never do business here again.
