Ordered my ring Oct 9 won't reply to emails have emailed off 3 different emails alone have emailed them over 100 times won't reply back or send shipping info

It took to long to receive the product. A month. I tried contacting you, no luck. I think when you are supplying to people, you should have a mailing system to get your product out in a timely manner. No one wants to wait a month to get their order. I was disappointed with the ring also.

When ordered ring on 12-6 was supposed to receive before Christmas but didn't receive till 2weeks after Christmas.

Didn't receive my receive my order in 3-5 business days I was very disappointed plus I paid for expedite shipping

Very good selection, had wonderful customer service and they were there to help or got back to you within a day or 2. Awesome customer service.

I made my order for a ring and did not receive any confirmation or tracking information until I reached out to customer service. It took about 1 month to receive my order. When I opened my package I was not impressed with the quality. The stone definitely said fake. I expect better quality for the price it cost.

I bought my future husband wedding band through your site. Once I received the wedding band, my Fiancé let me know that he was not satisfied with the particular ring that I chose and would like to either trade it off or return it for something different.
Bottom line, he looked at the site and didn't see anything he liked so I inquired about returning and getting a refund.
I was told to send pictures pictures of the ring and I did. Then I was told I would have to pay the shipping and handling back to the manufacturer in China.
That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.
There was nothing on their initial site stating how the returns would work and knowing the shipping and handling to China probably is worth more than the ring, Most ridiculous.
I will never again purchase anything from This company, Joancee.

Order from them on December 17,2024 and now its January 21,2025 never received the product i reached out to them and all I got was a automatic message saying they will send me a conformation number when they get ready to ship. At this point I feel like this site is a scam

Really like the ring I order but it said 8 to 16 days which I paid for but it took 30 days to receive my order which I feel was a little to long

Took a while to finally arrive but I think that might've been because of weather issues. My boyfriend's ring looks amazing and I loved the free shipping and free box that came with the ring! I also appreciated the discount I got!

I ordered a ring for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day I didn't get it until the middle of March. Thank God she likes it 😁

Ordered my rings and came in my correct size. Its gorgeous. Took 2 weeks but the wait was worth it

The ring is beautiful. But it says it will arrive within 9 to 12 business days and it took well over a month to be shipped out.

The ring is beautiful more than I expected it would be. Will definitely be buying again.

Had to keep texting to find out status of order. Did not receive what I ordered.
