Came in and looked better than the pictures. I've never ordered a ring before so I was nervous but it's beautiful.

Took 2 weeks for the product to be shipped. I wouldnt have paid for 3-5 day shippibg if i knew it meant 2 weeks + 3-5 days. But still overall satisfied

Everything was perfect. The engrave to the size so how everything looks and looked exactly like the picture.

No problems purchasing a beautiful ring for my 35th wedding anniversary. Paid an extra $26.00 to have shipped within 3-5 business days. Nearly a month later, still didn't have ring. Emailed company and they said they would refund $10.00. $10.00? NO! The least they could do is to refund the $26.00 that I paid EXTRA for my order to sit in their warehouse overseas!

I ordered a set of three rings for my wife and the main middle ring came with an oval shaped ring as it had been dented and was missing two gems. When I tried to reach customer support about it, they take at least a day and a half per response. My first response was just a 35% of coupon which I was offered from the support via email. Interestingly though, the support rep via messenger offered me 40% off. I asked why the "One Year Warranty" didn't apply to my order and was then offered to have it replaced for free but I would pay the shipping fees. I will not be shopping at Joancee anymore and recommend you do not either. Additionally, the initial delivery of my order took 3 months and I had no updates on the order until it appeared at my door.

I was not prepared for how beautiful this wedding ring set is! Pictures do not show how GORGEOUS it is! I will be back to purchase more jewelry!
