This has been a nightmare! I placed order on May 22, order was shipped on June 11 and it is now June 28 and my items are still sitting in Indiana. I have contacted the company 3 times and they just ask me to "happily wait just a few more days!" At this point I am not happy! Of course, the money was taken out of my bank account right away, but I have nothing to show for it! I better love these dresses IF I ever get them. This is just ridiculous!
This store has the best clothes. It offers such wide variety of clothes which are very well designed. I have already decided to shop from here now and will be recommended to everyone in my friends. Thanks for giving me amazing and best clothes.
Original I wrote a review saying that short were pretty nice. Well this has all changed. I tried out my new awesome short today and after I got out of the pool the entire shorts are completely see through! I was complete expose to everyone there. Also the shorts alone are very cheaply made. The only thing good about this shorts is the Design, 40 dollars I'll never back!
I love this little shop. I used to shop in person but they moved a bit further from me so now I look on line. They communicate promptly, shipping was super fast and the quality of their items is always the best!
Once again, I found great pieces that I could not live without. I did not have to leave my home, but was able to view beautiful items online. The prices can not be beat and was shipped in a timely manner! Love LuLu's!
I placed my bathing suit order with expedited (6-9 day) shipping to arrive for my beach trip. I emailed them looking for it 1 week before the trip and was told it would ship that day and be to me on time. When it did not show up, I called to cancel and request a refund to my credit card for the full amount. They ignored my request to cancel and responded that they would ship it that day. It did not arrive in time for my trip (as was promised), so I had to buy bathing suits while on vacation. The items started showing up one at a time over a month after I ordered them and they refuse to send me a return packing slip. This has been a nightmare!
Initially, I went on this site to check things out. We all know that with a click and a swipe, we are either a converted shopper or we've left and moved on. There were several deals I couldn't resist, especially with the coupon I'd received as I'd signed up for a newsletter. The service is spectacular and the goodies arrived quickly! I didn't plan on getting anything for my daughter but there were so many amazing offerings that I picked up some gifts for her as well!
Well done and a million accolades to Shop LuLu for such a memorable experience. I've already returned... you've converted me. And I thank you.
The tracking number given did not show that the item was shipped. All of a sudden it appeared in my mailbox, but the original package was destroyed by the post office and the item inside broken by the post office sorting machine. Jill personally looked into the shipping issue, AND agreed to mail me a replacement item! YA!
Website makes you think you are ordering in the U.S... once you place your order you find through the notification email that the English is very broken now discovered these clothes ship directly from China... my order took over 5 weeks. Items came and they are cheap, the material is cheap and the photos they show on line make the product look really nice... I beg you not to buy from this website, so cheap and the dresses look like someone 90 should wear. Nothing like they look on line... I have now found out that this is a scam... they make the clothes look pretty on line and all I can say is buyer beware!
When you want to return something, they send you an email telling you it's too expensive because you have to return it to China. However, they offer you the booby prize of being able to purchase 3 more items for $35. The fabric they use wouldn't even be useful as a rag. Total waste of money.
I never got my order until a month and a half later. The fabric was crap. Like paper nylon. They took my money of 60.00 right out of my account when I ordered. I wanted to return the items but they kept on telling me that shipping will be more then what I paid for order. They only said they would give me 15% refund. And they wanted me to give them as a gift to someone I know. Are they kidding me. I wouldn't give them to my worst enemy. Poor quality. I wouldn't order from here. They are scamming people.
I bought bracelets which I don't normally even look at but these are so different. Matching pieces, earrings, necklace, watch OH MY. Also shipped in time for me to take on vacation (even though I waited until the last minute) Cute stuff, nice company, big thumbs up.
P.s. Do not confuse this with Tiffany's - this is fun jewelry, well made.
Shop LuLu is an amazing place to shop. I bought several pieces of jewelry as a gift as well as one of the round beach towels and everything was just as expected. Top-notch.
These are the items I bought and each piece is perfect and loved by the girls (ages 11 to 15) I bought them for. You would be very happy choosing any of them.

Do not order from this company they are a scam. Money immediately comes out n you get nothing it's been 3 months for 2 dresses I ordered. Do not order from this company you will be sorry you did.
According to the tracker, my package mailed out on july 25th. Here it is almost two weeks later and I don't have it. Also, I can't find a way to contact shop lulu. I have already been charged on my credit card, so obviously I want my merchandise. I would have appreciated a more realistic ship date. Anyone out there who can help me? *******@juno.com

There is a Large Message Us button for customer service on the bottom of each page of our site that does indeed give you a way to contact us. The order came through the Name Your Own Price system and we did indeed send it out, we have no control once it hits the Mail system but are correct it does seem to be lost in the mail. Beeing as you didn't receive it we just issued you a refund. Thanks for making an offer I am not sure why it didn't go out but let's just resolve it by issuing you the refund for the 5.00 you paid for the bracelet.

Clothing is crap and there are no returns due to "their location being in china". They offer a 10% refund only, which I'm sure would never come anyway. Total scam!
