Easy to navigate, lots of laughs. The key is to have a variety of head shots of all your friends and family. When you take photos of friends with your phone, try to square-up faces and zoom in to get better detail.
I have used JibJab before and never had a problem. This time, I completed the animation and sent it to a handful of people. I got a confirmation that the JibJab was sent (fur days ago) but no one has received it.
I paid for a one year subscription. I was shocked when I tried to save my video and was told I had to pay an additional fee for every video. That sucks. "Subscription" is misleading and I'd like my money back, please.
I was unable to "share" my videos so I asked for a refund and-wow- refund no problem! The videos were a blast to create but I just had trouble "sharing" so instead of worrying about it I just asked to opt out of membership and they were very gracious about it! THIS is a fair business, which is pretty respectable these days!
Paid with credit card, did one card since then cannot log on. I tried hanging my email. Wont let me do that. I tried getting into billing, cannot do that either. Will dispute credit card charge when it shows in my statement
No one replied to the card so I wonder if it went to the email. Addresses I specified. Also I don't like the fact that my card will be debited automatically. Good you made that clear but how do I stop it
I thought I was joining JibJab for $3.00 for a one-month membership, but you billed my $18. In reading the fine print, I see you charge for a year, not a month. Deceptive marketing. Bad practice. You lost me as a member.
I chose not to renew my account, which I had actually forgotten I had, when i saw the deduction from my bank. After filling in the request form for refund I received confirmation of the refund within a few hours. Very impressed
Shortly after an unauthorized purchase was made to my credit card, I received an email from Jibjab to alert me. I replied that I did not authorize the purchase. Within 24 hours I received a notice from a supervisor that the purchase had been refunded. What a relief it was to know this company helped to resolve my issue in a timely manner.
$#*!ty. I thought I was paying per month (really just to view a chrissie song), but got tricked into a years subscription of $18. Sneaky and not appreciated. The to top it off, the card initially promoted (Feliz Navidad) was easily the best available, the rest are pretty poo.
I had issues with the site and problems with my Christmas cards going out to all my friends and relatives. The folks at Jib jab listened and helped to rectify my issues and they stayed with it until I was Happy! You don't find this type of support everywhere. Thanks Jib Jab!
Your website was not user friendly... it would ask you for money ($1.99) twice when trying to send to others; often confusing with the $18 year membership or the $4+ with no membership... and then when sending to myself, the video was blank (repeatedly)... too much time trying to figure it out... it took the fun out of it... it should be very user friendly even a dummie like me can figure it out...
I have to pay to download the videos? So what is the subscription for?

I had initially created an account withe the wrong email. Tech support found the error and created a new password for that email address and account. They were especially helpful and quickly resolved the issue. Excellent service!
I needed to decline my auto-renewal with JibJab after the charge had already been made. The JibJab representative immediately issued a refund to my account without questions. I really appreciated this professional customer service experience with JibJab.
Seems dishonest and deliberately difficult to cancel within 30 days as advertised. Was not presented with option to turn off recurring billing (as advertised) so I had to spend time contacting Paypal and cancel with them. Avoid!
Navigating the site is easy and putting it all together was fun. Watching the finished product was even better. The one thing I was a little disappointed in is that in order to download it as a video, you have to pay extra. You can send your video as a card, but in order to view it like a video I think you have to pay extra. Oh well, it's still fun and sending the video has a card isn't bad.
I visit my family in th village only a few days/every 6 months and they are crazy about JibJab. The youngest (2yrs old) jumps in the bed and LOLs when creating new videos. :) thanks for the experience
All went quite well. Seems like I might have been able to get a little more of the renewal as I clicked on an ad that said I could save an additional 25%?
It would be nice to be able to save movies/video in various format depending on how I would be using it.
I reached out to Jibjab because the last Valentine my husband of 44 years sent to me disappeared from their website. He passed from a terrible cancer and this was so important to me to see it again.
After not hearing from them after my initial outreach, I'd given up hope of being able to see this card again. To my surprise, the support team and Taylar found it and sent it to me after many months had passed. Thank you Jibjab support team and Taylar!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
