Puts a smile to everyone's faces. I received a few from a family member and just had to sign up. I go back to them for a good laugh, which of course is the best medicine.

I wanted to download and put my video on a DVD for my mom as part of her Mother's Day gift. However, JibJab doesn't let you download the videos after you created them even as a paying customer! What looked like a promising service left me dissatisfied.

This is a nice way to recognize friends and family at special events and to provide them with appropriate and humorous recognition of this.

I feel like $18 is way too much for what I got in return. $10 would have felt more appropriate, max. Or I would have preferred to pay by card.

I used JibJab to send a Mother's Day card. My mom never received the email, and I had to log-in to send it again. Once she did receive it, she had to configure Google Chrome to allow it to play Adobe Flash content.

It's 2017 -- sites need to move away from Flash.

Everybody loved the video i created for my mom. It was so funny. I chose the salsa dancer. What's funny is she cannot dance for anything. If it had to save her life, forget it!

Not user friendly. I attempted to add a face to a card. Had placement, mouth placement, etc., and when I sent it, it was as if I had never input the face at all. Very disappointed

I'm very disappointed that now there is no option to further edit face shapes like there used to be! It made them so much more lifelike and "realistic", less weird dodgy shaped faces, because that doesn't suit everyones face shape and ends up cutting half the face off.
Apart from that it's still relatively entertaining. Though would take my money back if I could.

JibJab is reliable but the new cards are unimaginative and the music is too much pop music. The content needs refreshment.

Great fun way to celebrate special occasions with family and friends. Easy to set up with great results. Good selection of options for all occasions. Love it!

There are some great e-cards and videos on the site. The only disappointment is that I have to subscribe for a year.
An option to buy a one off greeting would be a great addition to the options

I activated my membership a 2nd time because these always entertain and make our family members happy (not to mention save our bacon when we forgot to plan ahead)

Easy to make and fun. It's better than going out to buy a card. It's great for the whole family and friends.

I really enjoyed making ecards for my family and friends. It puts a smile on their faces and give them quite a hearty laugh when they see their faces starring on the music videos.

It is easy to make a video. However, it is limited for sharing only, it cannot be downloaded for keepping as a good memory by a receiver.
