Sent an Jib-Jab e-card to my wife. She clicked on the card and it contained a redirect to a ransom ware type of message. It was on Explorer Edge. I am not sure it was a Jib-Jab problem or a Microsoft problem. But, I can't risk that happening to a client.
Great way to send holiday greetings to friends and family! Inexpensive and lots of different greetings to choose from. Good for birthdays all year long too.
Saves lots of money on cards and postage! And it can be very personalized!
I had to hand type in multiple addresses since JibJab could not access my iPhone addresses. Also you should have told me BEFORE I typed them all in that only 15 were allowed at a time. Will not use again and am cancelling my subscription.
I didn't realize it would cost so much for each video to put on a cd. I have property out of town and no internet so I wanted a cd, now I have nothing after paying for a membership and spending hours making them, waste of time and money
Personalize it, spend time, & see a few seconds, then pay $18 to join to see the rest.
When you join, it automatically sets up a re-occurring annual charge for a membership you just joined!
Not sure if that should even be legal without the option to opt out when you join.
I canceled the auto annual charge and the site wanted me to re-join and go through the whole process to make another video.

It is cute, but too much deception on charges and joining after you upload pics and spend time to set it up.
All that should be UP FRONT before anyone invests their time.
Family and friends over... just from out of the blue decided to play around with JibJab. It went on for hours, everyone wanting to put their face on the JibJab character and watching the out come. Lots of happy people.
My granddaughter used to send your cards which I really enjoyed. When
I signed up to send her a card I was so disappointed after spending nearly two hours searching I finally gave up. I would like a refund please.
I joined jibjab and have had multiple difficulties with the tech and my computer. I received some advice from the jibjab staff, but the problems persisted. I asked for a refund and it was handled promptly. I do appreciate that!
I wanted to cancel my subscription Did not realize that I had done an automatic renewal. I saw the charge to my Amazon account and asked Jib Jab to please drop my subscription and refund the subscription cost. They did it with no hesitation. I may go back in the future!
2 dated cards not received by recipients & may not have been sent.
Tried to send again but still not received.
I eventually forwarded to each from emails & one would not play.
Also tried to send a card to a child but could find nothing appropriate.
Very disappointed
They were super helpful and really kind. The customer service was amazing and I am very happy! I asked for a refund and to cancel my subscription and they had no hesitations and just went and did it for me.
I had an issue with a payment and contacted Jib jab via email. 36 hours later all sorted. I have had numerous payment issues with other companies in the past and never have I had such a quick response and dealt with a more helpful Company - Well done JibJab
Videos are ok, but there are not many options to choose from. Specifically the music videos. I signed up for jib jab to put faces on funny videos and cards, not send regular animated cards. I like that they are there as an option, but I'd rather for funny face videos.
I have used JibJab several times before without a hitch, but was bummed this time because the scheduled emails to a Birthday girl and her Dad were not sent; just one to my address went thru. I confirmed with him the addresses were correct. It is wasn't the end of the world - I forwarded my email to them, but less than satisfying.
I love the Jibjab ap because it is so much fun to make a video of someone or myself to brighten someone's day. I have been a member for 3 years & continue to do so in the future & I highly recommend Jibjab to anyone who likes to have fun.
I really like the cards; however, some of my friends didn't open the cards because they didn't know who they were from. So, I sent them to myself and then forwarded them on with my name in the address bar.
I was disappointed with the selection of video options for mother's day. My desire to make a video for mother's day being the reason I subscribed again... For a second time. The innuendos are too harsh, with most not even funny. More cute and conservative options would be a beneficial addition. Also, a lot of videos were older options.

I don't know if it is just my phone or the app, but it won't let me move the face in my photos up, down, left, or right. I can only increase or decrease the size. So if the face position and size isn't already in the right spot it has been impossible to use...
While easy and fun to create Ecards, the customer service is just outstanding. I don't need to create an Ecard for a while but forgot to cancel automatic subscription renewal - JibJab just refunded me the fees as quick as anything, the money is in my paypal account only a day after I requested the refund. And I received a very nice email which also explained how to avoid getting charged next year. Can't praise the team enough!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
