I had so much fun with JibJab! It gave me and lots of my family and friends a lot of laughter! It is hilarious! The only thing I would recommend is making jibjabs available for more than just five people. Sometimes you need 6,7, or 8 people. But overall this was worth every penny! I haven't laughed this hard in a long time! Thank you!
I actually just cancelled my account after a few good years of use. I found I didn't use it as much anymore, just too busy. But I was very impressed with the ease in which it was to cancel, no delay or haggling and quick reimbursement. Great experience with using and with terminating.
We joined jib jab so that we could send our 4 year old grandson a get well jib jab from us, preferably with our pictures. However, there was nothing appropriate for that at all. In fact, some of the samples were disturbing. But I guess I am stuck with it for a year.
Tried several times to make a card using "happy" video. Would not save casting, very confusing asking to "use" this photo or "save" it, what's the difference? If you have five people in one photo and you want to use all five in that photo it should be easier than jibjab makes it to understand what's do.
Pissed because I wasted 3 hours on your site and ended up sending nothing because I ran out of time, thought I'd have time to try it again, and didn't. Now I look like a schmuck. Thanks.

The only issue I have is, I had created a card before finding out that my subscription had expired! In the past you automatically charged my credit card. So I lost the card and had to start over. This seems like an issue that should not have happened, but I got no details as to why when I inquired, other than I needed to update my cc information.
I had decided I was not going to renew my JibJab subscription this year after an auto payment had been taken. I contacted customer service and Danielle contacted me within a couple of hours! She was very courteous and understanding. She had my account straightened out by the next morning! Thank you Danielle!
Used JIBJAB several times with positive experiences. When I decided to end the automatic pay plan they responded with courtesy and a happy demeanor while helping me. They were very prompt in their actions. I wish all businesses were like this.
I bought the yearly membership but didn't realize it was auto-renew. I love the creative videos and the ease of editing and personalizing them, but I just don't have time his year. I requested a refund and they responded and refunded the same day! Great customer service like this is hard to find.
Unlike other sites that either don't post a phone # where you can reach them for help, or that don't reply to your email for days or weeks, JibJab has excellent customer service - I received an immediate reply to my email request and my issue was resolved within minutes. Thanks for caring for your customers like you do!
I had a hassle free refund for an auto payment renewal. Jib jab took care of my refund with no questions asked. They even went out of their way to get me my refund when my account was hard to identify.
I gave my name, email address, home address, all my credit card info and paid the $18 charge. Then comes the agreement that tells me JibJab will not keep my information nor anyone in my address book private. I demand a refund and assurance that your company has any of the above information to use without my explicit agreement. I will not be using your website under these circumstances.
Jibjab support team provided super service and FAST to solve a complex issue, I had tried to change my user email but misspelled my new one and couldn't access my account at all. They figured it out in time for me to send a card that same day! Much appreciated!
Love the site but can't stand the black space where the mouths move. Nearly impossible to place a mouth from photo to make that black line disappear. Unless there is a way to delete this I won't be making anymore cards.
Have been a member for years, had to renew cause credit card on file expired. But, your site is a lot of fun that I have had thru the years with my
Kids & Grandkids. They laugh out loud seeing themselves as many different characters having fun in your videos--Thanks.
I subscribed with JibJab many years ago, and I've had nothing but good things to say about it to everyone. It's a fun site. However, times have changed and I just can't afford to subscribe every month, so unfortunately, I had to cancel my subscription. Hopefully things will change, and I can again subscribe and enjoy the website.
I have been watching jibjab since I was in college years ago, when it was about the year in review or presidents. I do miss those, but making my own has been fun too. My family loves them.
Only thing I wish was different was that there were more cards where you could pick the number of people. The Christmas cards have many like that, but not many of the others.
I made 2 cards and sent each to multiple people whose faces had been embedded, people that I'm in contact with regularly. Not a single person commented. It's as if they never received the card. I know something happened because I received a copy. But the response was truly underwhelming.
I was in a hurry and saw the $1.50 charge for my one birthday email I was trying to send - then got hit with an $18.00 charge. This is very misleading! I will tell anyone who will listen not to bother.
I spent hours trying to find an ecard site that would say something personal and make people laugh. Then I found JibJab! With easy quick steps I can personalize my card with real photo and send straight away! You don't need to go anywhere else! This is the best site and recipients love it!
I attempted to create a card multiple times at which point I was asked to pay... upon processing it would kick me back to beginning screen losing all of my data. Upon putting in my payment method first with Amazon, then credit card it returned me two times to beginning screen. It was really frustrating! I have used JibJab in the past... Not sure what's going on with the site now...
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
