We've been sending out these JibJab ecards with our family's faces on them for years. They're great. It used to be $2 which was perfect; now it's an $18 subscription with auto-renew. We only use it for Christmas, so it's a bit much, but still worth it

Im not very technically savvy and couldn't believe I could put the video together. I really did not want to spend $18. Would be nice if there was a 1 time video option of like $5. But my family did enjoy it

Everybody I have sent a JibJab to so far has called within 10 min. Of receiving it to tell me how much they LOVED IT! They all said how they have watched it over and over. For $18.00 a year my "Snail Mailing" of cards to Family and Friends is now over. JibJab is better because unlike a card you buy and mail you can customize them with the recipient's face. That's always a hit.

Every once in awhile, a product delivers. JibJab does just this. I typically personalize with my friends's headshots when I make these cards. So hilarious! They are really funny and so easy to make! Highly recommend.

I use jib jab all the time to entertain my friends. I would love it if you would expand the selections to include blondes with long hair... we have many in our family and would work better when doing my cards. Would also like it if the pictures I used could be saved on the site so I don't have to go searching for more images. More group choices too would be nice. I would use it more often.

I signed up to JibJab last year so I could make an e-card for my niece. I hadn't realised that the subscription fee would be taken automatically from my account at the end of the year and when the money left, assumed I'd never see it again. But within minutes of me writing to explain what had happened, my money was refunded. No fuss and with great courtesy. It's restored my faith in e commerce.

Great fun way to send an ecard. I am getting better at putting the faces together now. Would like to know how to delete my cropped photos as they all seem to be saved which can get confusing. Easy sight to use.

I've tried the site before but never paid for anything. On my son's birthday I made a funny birthday card and when my family watched it everyone was rofl. Thanks to everyone who works hard maintaining jibjab. Keep up the good work

I was trying to make an ecard and came across this site. A few of the personalized videos cracked me up and I was planning to buy one. Turns out you have to do an annual subscription... no way I'm paying $18 for one video. Why is there no pay-per-use option? Also, an adjustable face shape would be nice. Went somewhere else.

Jib Jab offers animated holiday choices that are easy to navigate in the selection and customization process. The joyous responses from the recipients say it all. Thank you! Please over more cartoon animation choices throughout the year similar to the sledding themed option from this past Christmas/New Years. How do you gather ideas for future card offerings? Jim

I have sent 3 cards so far and no one has received them. I have needed to copy the url link into an email in order for all the recipients to receive anything. They've checked spam folders as well and nothing. Very disappointing but great idea.

Paid for susbcription but then the "put faces in the video birthday cards" repeatedly demands to install flash player (which was already installed with the latest version). Dysfunctional... disappointed...

Please make these available with 4 people in addition to 5. Many of my family members have 4 people and when you have to pick 5, a stranger shows up in the pics. I would like this changed. Also, would it be possible to do pets? Dog and/or cat ones would be wonderful!

I started using JibJab as a way to send a friend a fun birthday card but then kept playing with it and sent other friends and family really cool and funny videos! It made it even easier when I discovered the app for my smart phone! Easy to use and lots of fun!

I have followed jibjab for many years. I decided to finally get a membership. Very satisfied with using their service. You can share as much ecards as you like by email. But note there is an additional small fee to download them to your computer if you want to keep them digital right managed free. Enjoying the laughs!
