I am cancelling my subscription. I want to be refunded my money. Not interested any more. How do I get this done?

Selections are limited. Setting up message not as easy as it could/should be. This app is not what it's promoted to be.

I thought that I was buying a card for $1.99~ and got charged a year's membership for $18.25~. Can this be fixed?

Very satisfied, I even opted for another year $18.00. I wish that they were cheaper. I am very happy with their services!

Fun making the card and 100 characters is way too much information to provide, as I said far to much detailed information

It was very difficult to find e-cards that were charming and in good taste appropriate to send to friends and family members.

Why not make it possible to buy a single card at a time rather than having to sign up for a subscription?

Some of the music videos are cool, but personalizing them is not so user friendly, IMO.

The non-music videos are, frankly, lame.

Awesome and Funny App. I downloaded it for Valentines to use it as a card for my girlfriend. She really enjoyed it!

JibJab is always fun, not only for the recipient, but the creator! I always have a good laugh when creating a card!
