Loved everything except for the dark black line on the mouths. The songs and dancing figures were adorable!

There are some good options. But they are limited. I wish there were more high quality original videos.

Facebook rejects downloaded videos, informing that the contents belongs to third parties. I have to reapply several times to post my videos.

The customer service team were fantastic and got back to me really quick and gave me a refund, I really appreciate that.

They stole my money, took $20 dollars from my account and the don't answer the customer phone. Very disappointed. Don't purchase membership.

Jibjab responded, as promised, within two days of my request. This resolved my issue and allowed me continue using my jibjab account.

I am extremely happy for the fast resolution to my problem. I have never received a response from a company so fast.
