Not satisfied with the purchase. I would like to receive a refund for the purchase. I used it once and I didn't like it. It's not worth the money spent.

Need fresh material. Offer more edgy videos. Take the technology to the next level. If nothing is done to take the animation to the next level. I will not renew.

I read on the ad that to create a Vday Card it would cost under $2. I was charged $18! I would like my money back. I feel robbed for such a short video.

I use it for all birthdays, with family and friends I would use it for my mother she loved it, I have a big collection and show it to a lot of people they all love it.

My grandkids loved this site! They enjoyed the many options to include their photos to watch the dancing and e-card. I'd recommend this to anyone that loves to smile or put smiles on others

I love it! Only thing is when i go into the app i can only make videos with one person only. How can i make a video with multiple people in the app itself?

I am satisfied with the overall experience, what I was UNhappy with was the inability to choose a renewal. Your site has auto renewal, I don't like that.

I needed to send a fun birthday card so i got a membership and subsequently started to send several fun videos to family and friends. People really enjoy the thought and the laughs.

I was notified that I had a charge for Jib Jab. I had forgotten I had joined. I was immediately assisted in a very pleasant manner and was credited the amount.

I was under the impression I would be charged $1.50 a month, not all at once. AND I was not under the impression I would have to charge more money to download.

Watch your charges very carefully. Someone may be compromising your account, or your subscription may be automatically renewed for which one may not be renewed.

Funny videos and easy to use. It's easy to upload photo's from your files and size them. I would like to see a couple of videos with a larger cast so you can do bigger family casts

I am very happy with the vídeos that I have created. My only criticism is that the heads cannot be adjusted after the fact. It is difficult to know what you are doing the first few Times.
