And your web is not adapted to the Spanish alphabet.
So my last name wouldn't be correct.

The birthday videos are easy to use and hopefully, a pleasure to receive. I would like more kid-friendly ones and more Australian content. Kids love football but Aussie Rukes was nowhere to be seen.

I usually make 2-3 jibjabs each month and I find the personalised videos to be really funny. I would like it more if they released new videos monthly, as I feel I have used most of them already.

Not worth it! I wanted to send bday cards and the site was always down totally awful considering I just purchased this again in a do call offer... thinking not to renovate again... ever

I noticed I had an annual charge on my credit card. I wasn't sure how it got there but when I wrote to jibjab support line, it was immediately taken care of and refunded.

The robot addon is very annoying, and at 76 and 77 years of age difficult to see properly

Love what you can do with Jibjabs videos. My only downside to the cards is I wish you could embed them into websites.

Other than that it does what it says on the tin.

We really liked the ease of use for this app. We used it to send several videos as something different for our parents 48th Wedding Anniversary! They laughed so much! Thank you so much!

It is becoming cheaper and cheaper. Not in price but in what you can do. LESS CHOICES now LESS CONTROL now like WTF this used to be pretty good but has really gone down hill. Hey JibJab you are suppose to get better with time?

I couldn't do a full subscription & I needed a refund. The JibJab team was kind, fast, efficient. They worked with me on refunding me right away and I appreciate there being no hassle.

JibJab videos are fun! Especially during Christmas! You get to upload pic's of family and friends to actually STAR in the videos! Pleasant experience!

I've received too many emails from you and really don't like the automatic renewal thing like Angies List does--it exploits the average unconscious consumer.

My first expirence to this website was very pleasing and getting around/managing the website is very simple. I would definitely recommend using jib jab.

I ended up cancelling my annual subscription with this company, which is often a burdensome task. They did so quickly and with graciousness. A very easy company to work with!

I am an old JubJan user, started with old traditioal Christmad elf clip. New version of the program provided new nice features for editing. However, still there is a room for improvement. For instace, ability to efit after 1st version of the clip is issued

I noticed an unauthorized charge to my credit card for a JibJab annual renewal. I called and the charge was immediately and pleasantly corrected. What's relief!

My friends laughed when they saw their faces in a Christmas jibjab on Facebook. I just sent a birthday jibjab to my best friend. No more birthday cards for me.

The site was very easy to use and the price is incredibly fair. Everyone loved the videos and I would definitely recommend this to anyone. I'm a customer for life.

Fun to create; however, where are new cards? Can't keep using the same cards for the same friends. I've noticed ONE new card in months. I probably won't renew subscription.
