Love sending JibJab emails... so fun! Wish it was a little easier to edit the placement of people's faces once setting up the cards (instead of having to start over if you want to remove one or change which person is which character) but overall a blast and people receiving them love them!
As a long standing Paid member I have built up a considerable collection of Jibjab Videos,, ( in excess of 200) and regularly go to my E Cards to produce a card for a new acquaintance or celebration. This year I searched for a particular video showing 5 Bikers having fun celebrating Easter. It was not among my collection and had also been removed from Jibjab availability list. I made enquiries and was very quickly informed in the nicest way that the original licence to use this item by Jibjab had expired and therefore, regretfully was no longer available. Ce la Vie! (and I don`t speak French)
I actually love the many choices and background videos and cards you can make on JibJab. It is hilarious fun. I'm not super technically savvy and even I can manage to learn very quickly how to position picture heads to get max effect. (That's teaching an old dog a new trick).
The support team is awesome to help you if you need.
I really enjoy being a member of JibJab for at least past four years. They have very unique and easily customized e-cards that will make everyone smile. When I had a problem with my billing, I got help right away. I am very impressed by their customer support and will definitely recommend this company for everyone.
My experience was very positive when buying the e card, however I somehow ended up buying a membership which I didn't want or need. I have asked for a refund and now hopefully it will be coming on its way to me, although I have not had notification that they have even received the refund form.
Still a good product but I am a little disappointed. A friend sent me a jibjab card a few years ago. It was innovative for that time. I think your technology has stalled. It's too rigid. Let people insert their own title/purpose to the card. Allow people to add or subtract characters in the dance/music cards.
Changing my password is like jumping through an underground sewer tunnel. No cust service no to be found on the website unless you have a receipt? Ok so I will look on my bank statement because that is my receipt. So sneaky and tacky. You lost me at "connect through Facebook or bust" Too much work
The lady, Ms. Precious, was kind and considerate and understanding. However, I must let you know that I cannot get involved with Jib Jab in the future, because I need to save up money for college. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
The site is all fun and I see no seriousness or point to it all. However, to end on a positive note, I do like telling funny jokes and hearing them told as well.
My account automatically renewed for $18. To be honest, I totally forgot I had one. Their site made it very easy to find how to cancel as well as request a refund. I got an email the next day and it was all taken care of. I wish all my customer service experiences went that smoothly!
I've used Jibjab for many years and loved the service. I had some issues with the site's design recently, but the help team were quick to resolve the matter and were friendly and polite. It always has been a really fun service and it has given many huge laughs and tears of laughter even. Will gladly keep supporting it whenever possible, although I feel the current design of the site is not the best.
Fantastic value for money too. And the choice of videos you can do always gets better and funnier, love the choice you get!
I have been using JibJab for several years, very good and funny videos at a low price. I meant to cancel my automatic renewal as l no longer have anybody left to sent them to, but l forgot. I contacted JibJab and received an email back from a lovely lady named Heather, without hesitation or a cross examination she refunded the money back into my account. An excellent company to deal with, and a big thank you to Heather.

This was my husband's account with JibJab, but he passed away several months ago and not used the site months before that. I thought I'd have difficulty trying to reach them, but once I had the phone number, made the call and explained the situation... the customer support person was quick to help me get a refund. What makes me rate them A+ is the empathy shown to me by the customer support person on the loss of my husband.

I wanted to send my mom a card for her birthday, whom is currently working in Alaska. You know, give her laugh and make her day. I previewed the "Tequila" video and thought it was perfect. After setting it up, I was disappointed to find out you have to subscribe to a yearly subscription of $18?!? I don't think this is ridiculously expensive, however the other content on the website is "Meh". Oh well, I was out of time to send her an actual card and I know she will love it. I guess there will be more of my family members receiving JibJab from me this year.
Not carefully reading the payment option, I accidentally selected the annual membership rather that the one time access to the site. After reaching out to the customer service dept, they promptly responded back with a friendly reply and full refunded me for the entire charge as they wanted to ensure 100%customer satisfaction. I will definitely reference Jibjab as an enterprise who does put their customer first. Thank you for the excellent customer service experience! I will definitely use our site again!
I'm very impressed with the customer service that these fine people have to offer. Not only do they have a darling way of sending e-cards to people but knowing that they're there for their customers makes me say I will be a return customer year after year. In the short time I've been a member I just want everyone to know that you can't go wrong with JibJab. Positive in every way
I cannot download one video for some reason. I see the "Download" button that I used successfully for my other 8 videos, but the link won't work for one. I tried ordering the video again just to download it, second link inactive as well. I don't have time to wait 2 days for customer service to respond, and it's very frustrating that there's no way to reach a live person to resolve. Christmas party tonight, so I'm just out. Big downside to a fun product/service.
I'm satisfied with the experience but I did not appreciate being surprised mid card creation that payment was required. I wish I had known you charge an annual fee at the beginning of the process. If there is mention of it, it's not very apparent on the mobile site.
I've been sending JibJab e-cards for about 6 years and have fun with it every time. Their cards are often hilarious, easy to make, and my family and friends always get lots of good laughs. They are constantly adding new cards and categories, so there is always something new.
There are some very cute videos to edit. Wish there were even more to choose from with "Starring you". My favorite is "starting to look like Christmas".
One problem is the delivery of the e-mails; I noticed that most ended up in the spam boxes and were never opened.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
