I signed up with Jibjab so I could send my daughter a ecard on her birthday.
She didn't receive the ecard either in her regular email or her spam mail.
I would like a refund of $18 on my Visa card ending in #8454 ASAP.

Making the video was easy. I wanted to show the video at my volunteer group. I wanted to copy it to my lap top, so I can show it at our meeting. You guys don't let do that, or I just don't how to do it.
It was easy to use and user friendly. The end result was really good and the recipient loved it!
It was easy to download the photos onto the site and the directions of how to shape the images were clear and direct.
After I uploaded the facial pictures I chose to use and manipulated the mouth to react just right for the song, the outcome, for me, was amazing! My goal was to put a smile on my son's face for his birthday because I could not be there to celebrate it with him. It was amazing, this birthday card did just that! Thank you!
I hadn't been using Jibjab in a long time when I noticed the auto-renewal charge on my credit card. I contacted their customer service web page and there was standard script for refunds. Within hours I had a response that my full refund would appear on my credit card within a few days. Couldn't have been easier! Great company!
As a paid member we should have more videos to choose. Although there are several to choose from we should have a lot more. Other than that what we have to choose are great and awesome! I still love and have laughs with what we have to work with.
I never leave reviews but this one time I will. I just want to shout out a big thank you to the Jib Jab crew - especially Nate, who helped me with my account, even when their servers / computers had incorrect info about my account- when other people would not have pursued it and just given up Nate (from JibJab) did not - and he stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process, even making sure everything was good on my end, So big ups to Nate from Jib Jab, and jib jab of course. The confirmation showed the text that I added and had a button to allow me to watch the card again. When I hit the button, nothing happened which lead me to wonder if the card had gone through! I had to contact the recipient to see if the card had gone through,
I don't like jibjab anymore since they dumbed down the software... now the faces look stupid. You can not fine tune the faces anymore. I might have renewed my subscription if they didn't change their software a few years back.
Everything was great with jib jab however when I requested next day delivery they never shared the time it would be. I told the recipient he would get something from me the next day but it came late and I thought it wasn't coming. Having a time of delivery or the ability for the customer to chose the time would be a vast improvement.
It's always fun and easy -- everyone loves getting the hamster-grams! I would like a little more leeway in terms of snugging up the edges of the pics so they look a bit more polished, but seriously -- it's a small thing!
After receiving a JibJab video card from a family member, I was so taken with the video that I decided I would use the same company for all my cards from now on. Everyone that has received them have said they really enjoyed them, they are a card they can keep.

Took thirty min to do card because it kept kicking me out after one person was added to video and it had 5 people in it also hoping it only charged me once for $18 not sure please check do not understand why you have a reaccuring charge only needs to be one time payment not reaccuring if I want it next year I will sign up so please fix this or I am going to cancel membership
I made it (not knowing I had to PAY for a membership!) and looked at in once and then never got it! I couldn't find it on your site or on my phone anywhere - it just disappeared! So I cancelled my membership! WHat a huge disappointment all the way around!
Excellent customer service; timely resolution for a double billing issue which really was my problem. Taylar at JibJab was wonderful in ensuring the problem was rectified. We love using the ecards featuring our staff at holiday times of the year; keep up the great work:-).
Compared to other sites, we found this one straightforward, good value (no trial period - pay up front and get what you pay for) and it offers a fabulous selection of amusing ecards. We think ecards are the way to go - better for the environment and what better way to bring a little bit of laughter to family, friends & colleagues.
I had so much fun creating and sharing the JobJab holiday greetings. I couldn't stop laughing and neither could my friends and family. Can't wait for the next time I can use them to brighten someone's day. Thanks.
I loved the JibJab creation I made for my grandchildren last Xmas --- easy to use, delightful! I later made an error in how I paid for the service/ JibJab overlooked my mistake and gave me a full refund. How's that for superb customer service!
I am starved! Most likely I will be out of here in about an hour and a half on my way to some where to have some hot tasty goodies! STAR WARS - Rogue One was phenomenal! Thank GOD Donald Trump was elected!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
