I thought I could pay by the month but was billed for a year and I didn't want or need a year of service. JibJab offered a button for a refund and resolved the issue within hours. Extremely efficient service. I only wish they allowed you to pay by the card. They have wonderful funny cards.

I had accidentally signed up for a recurring auto-renewal subscription. When I discovered my mistake, I didnt know which of my 3 email addresses I had used. Danielle in Customer Service took over the investigation and in less than a day she had my account canceled and a refund request sent. Excellent Customer Service!

I like this site, but I am in debt watching every penny. So I thought I could pay monthly but found out its yearly. They charged my card 18.00 for the year and refunded it back to me without a problem. Thank you!

While easy and fun to create Ecards, the customer service is just outstanding. I don't need to create an Ecard for a while but forgot to cancel automatic subscription renewal - JibJab just refunded me the fees as quick as anything, the money is in my paypal account only a day after I requested the refund. And I received a very nice email which also explained how to avoid getting charged next year. Can't praise the team enough!

Im happy that problem was resolved quickly but unhappy that this automatic billing happened after I cancelled two years ago! Wonder how many people dont pay attention and get billed year after year?

I inadvertently subscribed for a year to jib jab and asked for help in discontinuing the placed order. They got back to me very promptly and were very willing to satisfy my request. I was impressed with the way they handled everything.

I just had an automatic renewal that I didn't expect or didn't initiate. So I contacted the Customer Service Dept. and within one day they had refunded my $18 and removed me from the auto renewal. Thank You Jib-Jab

I asked for and received a full refund when my PalPal account was wrongfully billed. I sent them an email and within a couple of hours, I received an email with an apology and they refunded my PalPal account. I'm very happy with the customer service I received.

I recently received a small amount on my visa bill from jibjab, after a quick email to them I found I had a subscription I never knew about and this was an renewal amount. To my surprise they refunded me the full amount with an apology! What a great site!

I subscribed to JibJab in 2014 and have enjoyed using JibJab to send holiday greetings. I will no longer be sending these greetings and JibJabs support team were very prompt in ending my subscription. Thank you JibJab!
