True to your word "Happy Customer" is your priority. Your prompt resolution to my refund request is greatly appreciated. Since retiring my meager income no longer permits me to indulge in some things that I enjoyed.

I thought I could pay by the month but was billed for a year and I didn't want or need a year of service. JibJab offered a button for a refund and resolved the issue within hours. Extremely efficient service. I only wish they allowed you to pay by the card. They have wonderful funny cards.

I had accidentally signed up for a recurring auto-renewal subscription. When I discovered my mistake, I didnt know which of my 3 email addresses I had used. Danielle in Customer Service took over the investigation and in less than a day she had my account canceled and a refund request sent. Excellent Customer Service!

Outstanding!

While easy and fun to create Ecards, the customer service is just outstanding. I don't need to create an Ecard for a while but forgot to cancel automatic subscription renewal - JibJab just refunded me the fees as quick as anything, the money is in my paypal account only a day after I requested the refund. And I received a very nice email which also explained how to avoid getting charged next year. Can't praise the team enough!
