I recently asked for assistance and I am happy to say the response was very fast, courteous and professional.
I got an email from JibJab that I was aware of from a political cartoon from a decade ago that went viral. The email said, "Try JibJab for free!" So, I clicked through and thought I'd try it. After spending an hour putting my nieces' and nephews' faces in, I tried to share it and I was given a notice that I needed to pay to share it. This pissed me off, but I spent so much time that it was worth the $20 to share. I immediately sent an email complaining and telling JibJab I did not want my subscription renewed. Somehow, I missed that they billed me a year ago and they didn't send me a notice that they had billed me like honest companies do. When I saw I was billed a third time this year, I contacted them and they said they only wouldn't bill me in the future. Visa is now following up on my fraud complaint.
Very leased to share that an annual charge to JibJab, which I dont recall requesting, was successfully cancelled via my request. Customer Service at its best! JibJab listens!
Well, I didn't realize that Jibjab auto-renewed after your 1 year term and, frankly, I was not planning to renew at that particular time. I emailed Jibjab and was very pleasantly surprised they refunded my fee in a very timely fashion and without flogging me with the t's and c's of membership. VERY impressed and will likely be back as a member before too long! :o)
I was beyond impressed with the level of service JibJab provides. I recently had an issue with my acount and within a few hours it was sorted out without the need for mutliple emails about the issue. What is even better was the follow up after the issue to ensure I as satisfied with the outcome. The service was friendly, professional, efficent and thoughtful. Great Job

I used Jib Jab several times last year and many people enjoyed the cards that I sent out. Then this past week-end I was notified that my auto pay on pay pal had paid for a second year. Not wanting to pay for the service right now I contacted JJ to please refund my new subscription, (though I half expected to get no response and no refund). A Jib Jab rep contacted me right away and refunded my money. Thank you for your excellent product and service.
Asked JibJab to refund my subscription fee because I no longer needed it, and they responded in 1 day, and refunded my money. I couldn't ask for anything more! I wish all companies provided outstanding customer service like JibJab does.
I used the great cards for hilarious family & friends birthdays & holidays - seems to always get a good laugh. But I just recently learned how great and timely the customer service is after emailing them! Can not be over rated!

Jibjab responded, as promised, within two days of my request. This resolved my issue and allowed me continue using my jibjab account.
I love the JibJab app, its easy to download relatives and friends photos to create with on special occasions. I enjoy most of the content however you have to be careful and view it all the way through to ensure it wont offend the person youre sending it to. There are some that are risqué. I do think there should be a type of rating assigned to them so that you dont waste time creating something that you did not know was questionable. Overall, its fun and creative.
I love the app but do not use it enough to justify the reasonable annual subscription fee. Excellent for all occasions and have positive comments from all friends.

I requested a refund when my subscription automatically renewed. I contact customer service and the refund was issued within the week.

I needed to cancel my paid account, but had no record of it! The customer service team was very helpful, checking several email accounts and doing the cancellation immediately, with a refund. Thanks!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
