Great! But not at all...

I have to say that the experience is better, i enjoy. But i prefer that you upload more videos recently... for example the video of "Sorry" is perfect. But you need to include more... like Maroon 5, Miley Cyrus, etc.

I hope you'll add more videos for us...

Lots of fun

A great buy for the money. Great fun. Composed and sent 5 JibJabs to abunch of people in the first day. Can be very addictive. My only suggestion would be to provide a greater selection of the number of heads and JibJabs.

Such Fun!

I love sending musical/dancing cards to my friends and family via JibJab.
The uploading process is pretty simple; just be sure to sign in before you upload your photos. The website will not "remember" your uploaded photos if you upload them before you sign in.
All the recipients of my cards LOVE them.

Excellent Products & Customer Service!

I've been a JibJab customer for well over ten years and have never, ever found an ecard site that can match it or surpass it. When it was time to renew my yearly membership I contacted Customer Service via their Live Chat feature and was connected with Taylar. Taylar was friendly from the start and understood my questions regarding renewing my membership. If it were up to me, JibJab would be a world-wide example for excellent products and excellent customer service - and other companies would be wise to learn from JibJab. I'm telling you - I'm a customer for life because of the quality of their products and way they treat their customers.

Waisted money

I thought that when you pay $2 a month, that you would be able too save your videos for free. Even though you get access to every video it's not worth the money, because you can't save your videos for free. If you want to save it you have to pay anotjer $1. In the lenght it gets expensive. And saving the videos is the fun part about making them..

Extremely disappointed!

I scheduled a birthday greeting for a friend on Jan 30,2017 and she still hadn't received it by 9pm on the 30th. I sent it again from my Bcc and only then did she receive it. If this is the way you do business, I definitely won't keep my subscription.

Compared to other e-card sites such as Jaqcie Lawson where I can add a whole database of contacts birthdays, I cannot seem to do that with JibJab. This is very disappointing and because of this I want to scrub my membership.

Too much time and no results
October 13, 2016

Somebody sent me a card from Jib jab and It was hysterical. I tried to do it and spent an hour and still couldn't make it work easily. I couldn't even find the head in the photo I was going to use. Superb idea, but if you aren't a true techy, forget it. I wish you could simplify it. I post on Ebay and Craigslist, but they have simplied using their site. You need to figure out a better way to utilize this site in a dummied down way!

Text Issue

When creating my video, I had trouble inserting text, which was the entire reason why I got Jib Jab. Also, the video was not what I was expecting, so I already submitted a request to cancel my account and receive a full refund, as I was not pleased with this service.

Good Customer Service.

I found a charge on my credit card from Jib Jab that I didn't understand. It appeared to be an annual renewal I didn't mean to ask for. They support rep kept looking for the email that linked to my account untill discovering my wife's email. That credited the charge and cancelled the renewell all while being very curtious.

Fun experience

It was a fun and new experience for my husband and I. I posted a Grease Valentine's Day post card on my husband's Facebook timeline and so many Facebook friends liked it and found it very funny! Thank you Jib Jab for this unique experience!

Birthday card disappointment

I sent a birthday video card through you to my daughter in Columbia via email. You confirmed that it had been sent to her however when I enquired 24hrs later with my daughter (after her Birthday then!) she never received it. This was very disappointing as I wanted it to arrive on her Birthday since she wasn't with us and overseas. I sent MY copy to her that day, the day after her birthday.

Great Site

Everything was easy to put together. It was a little difucult to get the face right, I tried to crop my face at an angle to get rid of the picture backgroung but I could't find a tool that does that in microsoft pictures or other picture programs on my computer. It would be nice to be able to crop at an angle on your site.

I made 4 cards and the last one had a plug in attached an started to drag my computer it seemed for awhile but microsoft deleted it as a precaution and everything is normal.

All in all a great site and I will certinly use it again and again. And I hope you will continue to add more dances for selection. I guess the dancers are professional.

Sent 8 cards and ALL unopened

I have sent several JibJab mothers day cards and NONE have been opened even though I have received emails from every one of those to whom I sent. I will be asking for a refund within the allowed 30 days.

Fun and helpful

We had enjoyed using JibJab for several years. Then we saw a charge for it and realized we hadn't used it within the last year. We tried to resolve the issue online, but had difficulty. We contacted JibJab and requested help to receive a credit for the charge and asked to be unsubscribed. Danielle got to work to figure out the issue and resolved everything quickly and politely.

Disappointed

The video was easy to create but I am disappointed with the fact that I am unable to down load the file and share it without the JIBJAB branding - considering there is a significant cost involved.
Would not recommend this app to others.

Personalizing cards with face a bust
July 20, 2017

Most of the newer cards require insertion of a photo of the face of the person you are sending the cards, and perhaps additional friends or whatever. I chose a great facial photo to upload, aligned it perfectly, but the face was unrecognizable with all the extra expressions added by jibjab. I would have loved to have sent one of these with the great songs but I couldn't find one where the face of the person was recognizable with the card. I ended up choosing one of the few cards that didn't require personalization.

Really unhappy with the way the app is charged
December 29, 2016

We downloaded the app to use for 1 day - read all the way through the Term & conditions to find out the FULL Cost - could see the monthly app fee and annual fee - the way the terms are written it looks as though you will only be charged monthly - logged onto the bank the next day - had been charged a Years fees! This app is not worth it - we will be asking for 11 mnths refund.
