I reached out to the support staff, as I found my card had been charged. I
I had forgotten that I was signed up for Auto renewal. I reached out to the team, and explained that I had forgotten to cancel. I received and email in less than 24hrs from Support team saying they would refund the charge.

How to resend the card.
The first time I sent it neither of my intended recipients received the card.
Moreover the directions were not clear and no one was available to talk to.
The card is great but the sending procedure is impossible.
Worst, i trying to get a month, automatically the site take U$18. After to do the video, upset once more, i should to pay a plus fee to download the film.
Jibbaj is unfair site with customers.
Trying to cancel and refund: Impossible
After paying the $18. To join the site I was extremely shocked to learn that each jib jab was another $2.00.
If I had not used the site as I did I would have requested an immediate refund. Consider the $2.00 per jib jab a total ripoff.
Tried to send Xmas JJ found that membership expired. Renewed (at $10 more than last time). Lost my heads I previously had? Had to change password as old one no longer applied. Never got to send due to time constraints from trying to log in and create card. Difficulty emailing JJ to a group of contacts as well. NOT A VERY USER FRIENDLY SITE AT $35 a pop / per year. Definitely my last year.
I hadn't been on the jibjab site in quite a while even though I pay the annual subscription fee. Just went to make some new cards and discovered, like many of the people on here, that I can't edit the head shape of my uploads. My old heads are still in there, nicely contoured, but the new ones look like potato blobs. Very, very disappointed. The videos themselves are still fun, but the interface is now terrible. I will be canceling my subscription.
The parody was perfedt and had the intended effect. It didn't get the attention that I thought it might on Facebook which may have been due to how it was packaged when you saw it on Facebook and how it opened. Still great though. Thanks
I love this app I have so much fun with it making videos of friends the only thing I would suggest to add would be a couple of more options for spaceships since I ran into problems with a lot of people's chins being more narrow
While trying to put in the faces, it kept going back to having to pick out photos. Wouldn't let me use some photos I picked, maybe to many in the photo to single out one face. Grandkids, the reason I joined, loved them once they were done. Just wish it didn't keep reloading.
Would like to see more choices for ecards that do not require using photos. I like the cards but it takes too much time to insert photos on a lot of the cards, so when I do not have time, I would like to pick a card that can easily be sent.
I noticed an upcoming payment was due out of my account for JibJab.
I did use JibJab once but couldn't recollect agreeing to an annual subscription.
I contacted JibJab and within 4 hours they had contacted me and sent a complete refund to my account and cancelled the annual subscription so that this wouldn't happen to me again.
I am super pleased with the speed and professionalism of JibJab
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the future... if only other companies were like this.

My cousin sent me one on my 65 birthday, Mexican dance, Very apt as I am taking part in a reenactment of the. Alomo in July.
I then did one for my good friend who we are on holiday with in Tabago. Elvis fan. It went down a treat. Thank you.
I paid for a month at the end of March. Used it for a couple of greetings. When I tried to use it at beginning of April was asked for another fee. I feel my original fee should have covered the time from March 16 to April 16. So I unsubscribed.
I uploaded all my pictures, entered my credit card information, and still could not get it to upload to Facebook. I created a video for my sister's birthday, and attempted numerous times to post the video, it kept posting the video without my pictures! It's now 4 days later, and I give up. I'm asking you to cancel my subscription to Jibjab for this reason. Thank you, E Rankin / Pennsylvania
I thought this Service could be paud month by month. But I was billed for a whole year!
Please cancle the contract and refund at least the 11 months I payed too much.

Colleague suggested this app for ice breaker video before safety meetings. She used this app before the change was made, when you used to be able to download the videos to your desktop.
Im very disappointed this feature isnt here. I just waisted 25 dollars.
I saw the oferta in the website, so I decided to send a Birthday card to a friend. I don't mine to pay, but $18.00 is FAR TOO MUCH. My mistake, next time, I bake some cookies and send them by Mail.It will be cheaper!

Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
