Excellent Response Time

JibJab's automatic renewal was not what I was interested in. I let JibJab know and they immediately reversed the renewal and refunded my subscription cost. This was a great resppnse and I would not hesitate to use JibJab in the future.

Great service

This was ordered by my grandson who is 10 I thought the cost was 2 dollars and agreed to it turns out I wasn't paying attention and suddenly £19 has gone from my account but I email the customer service and they have returned my money and cancelled my order excellent service,

Laughter galor

Especially during this time of the year when when joy peace and Love to one another is the theme of the season; I've made many a Jib Jab greeting to close friends and every one contacted me expressing how hard they laughed end thoroughly enjoyed there JibJab greeting! So much I'm pretty sure they've decided to try and enjoy the same satisfaction from making and sending their very own cards to loved ones; Bringing smiles and tears of Joy to everyone!

Couldn't share video on FB. Wanted to post them to friends on their timelines.
Couldn't figure it out. Then tried to just Share on FB but that didn't happen either. Can someone please tell me how to send these videos.

Fantastic JibJab-tic!

The folks at JibJab really know their business. I've been a member since 2009 and recently purchased ten Halloween videos after sharing with family & friends. When I downloaded two of the videos there was no audio so I contacted JibJab to ask if they could help me with the problem. After several emails back & forth, trying one thing or another, JibJab finally refunded my PayPal account for the two videos. A couple of days later I received an email from JibJab's Help Team providing me with a Google Drive URL & instructions about how to access the two videos that had problems. After downloading the video(s) I was very happy to report that "we have sound!" The JibJab team went the extra mile to resolve my issue and I wanted to share this with other members. JibJab is Fantastico!

JibJab member since 2008. Completely satisfied until now. Haven't logged on since last Halloween, popped on to make a new ecard today only to discover that uploaded headshots are no longer fine-tunable. Impossible to make the ecard / video look like it should. Not happy about JibJab taking away that option. Canceling my renewal. Darn, it was a lot of fun.

No worth the subscription, is my opinion.

The grandkids just loved their JibJab eCard that I sent them for Easter and continually ask their parents if they can watch the card with them as stars. As the card starts the children break out in dance jigs - absolutely wonderful to see their reaction!

You all didnt give me another option for how to pay for the ecard. I had to pay for $18 for the year, that's way too much. And I understand there's no refund but I was not happy with the payment options.

It was so easy to do and so much fun! I was LMAO the whole time I was making it. Everyone loves it. But is it really just $18.00? I couldn't find any other costs per card, etc... in the user agreement.

Problem sending to FB

I set it up with a different email than Facebook so now I have paid for something I can not send to Facebook. There is no Phone # or address so I can cancel my Jib Jab. Tried to change email to same as Facebook but email is already used because I set it up once but did not pay

JIBJAB - A team of good hearts

Honesty in business is a rare commodity. Jibjab really surprised me with their lightning quick response, their support team is sooper quick!
And a refund in the same day. GREAT!

I liked their jibjab ecard service and it is hilariously awesome!

Funny, Hilarious!

Having my son move to Los Angeles and for the first time in 33 years to not be with him for his birthday I wanted to send him something that the whole family could be part of and Jib Jab did that for me!

Starting with the whole family dancing to Celebrate & followed by Tequilla being my sons drink of choice, he just loved it, we have had so many laughs and so did he and his family. Thank you Jib Jab, I have told so many people how great your website is and my family will definitely use you again.

This company is crooked and will charge you for just looking at their site.
I looked and Christmas cards and was instantly charged 35$.
I now fighting to get it back.
Do not use this corrupt service

Gets the job done

I always feel with JibJab that you get the job done, but it can be done better.
1) The video content could be better
2) The music could be better
3) The humor could be funnier
But all in all, it gets the job done and the point across, but I just would like to see more variety and better content all around.

Noticed a jibjab I'd created hadn't been sent so checked on status which said it had been blocked; I sent an inquiry to JibJab Help and within 1/2 hour, situation had been corrected and e card had been sent. Marvelous

I signed on to Jib Jab and soon realized I wouldn't be able to use it enough to warrant the cost, albeit very low. I cancelled during the 30 day trial and it couldn't have been easier due to their process and efficiency. Thanks Jib Jab!

JIBJAB is the B-ZOMB!

My partner's sister turned me onto JibJab about 5 years ago. She had him send me an "Elf Yourself"... WTF?! So I went on the site and laughed my $#*! off at the sheer genius absurdity of it all. And then... I was hooked! I sent and resent cards to er'body for er'thing. There wasn't enough people out there that I liked enough to Jab! My favorite was the "Night of the Living Dead" video Card I made for my partner who was born on Halloween with he and I as the main characters, and yeah, he can be a pret-tey, scare-ry guy. So funny, he got eaten! He also LOVES The Walking Dead, old movies from the 50's, etc, so the vid-card was solid gold. So what more can I say? As an artist myself, JibJab gave me an outlet for my artistic expression (insanity?) that was and remains priceless... and really, really CLAYZEY!

I contacted JibJab immediately when it appeared I had been double billed at my anniversary auto billing for my 12th year.
I sent an email as was recommended in the website. I explained my concern.
The next day, I received a reply from Taylar from JibJab with an explanation that it was in fact PayPal that had changed its previous posting method that made it appear that I had been billed twice.
That was excellent response time when the automatically generated response email from JibJab promised a response within 48 hours.
