3-Ways Great!

Creative card options, laughs for family and friends, good technical support

Amazed at the creativity of card variations available. Responses to my cards have been "Hilarious to best I've seen on JibJab." Only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I've had a few technical issues, but was surprised to receive such a quick and courteous response in resolving them.

TONS of FUN!

Very easy to navigate & make videos and cards. Everyone that I have sent one to loves it. One couple, who just recently moved to Japan for a two year Marine tour... told me they are going to use their JibJab video as their online e-card Christmas card... how cool is that?!

Good choice of cards

Great choice, easy to personalise and great fun to see finished product, all done in around a minute or so. Adds lot of humour and makes the greeting more personal.
Good response from customer support if you need them, my issue was resolved within 24 hours, great communication from them, highly recommend.

I have used JibJab for several years as my way to send birthday and other greetings to friends and family. My grandchildren love seeing their faces in a clever video! Much better than store-bought greeting cards!

Wonderful customer service!

The best online customer service I have ever received. A lot of companies could learn a great deal from this business. Never made to feel guilty about needing to cancel and it was very easy with no pressure. In the future I will not hesitate to come back if I decide to. Thank you JibJab!

Pre-cut face shape
October 9, 2016

I've been a member for over 5 years and I really preferred when you could move the dots to shape the photo of one's face. Not everyone's facial shape fits well in the pre-cut head shape and this alters a person's face enough at times that they don't look much like themselves. I love the website though, and always have a lot of fun making the cards and some are really funny. However, I also wish there were more birthday videos for younger kids because my niece and nephews always look forward to getting birthday cards as well as holiday videos and not very many birthday video cards are appropriate for pre-teens and children. Also, a wider range of music would be great too. Like old and new rock, heavy metal, alternative and even opera! :)

Only used rarely, but customer service is great!

This is a good site for funny e-cards. I didn't use mine nearly enough, just set in my ways and forgot I had signed up. There customer service seems sincerely helpful and accommodating, so give them a try if you're looking for a different type of e-card.

It's fun but...

It's certainly a fun site, and the technology has greatly improved over the years, but I was a little disappointed to learn that even with paid membership to the site, you're still charged to download the creations you design. Without paying the additional fee, the only way I've discovered to share a creation is to post or send a link back to JibJab, where they try and sell more memberships. Smart for business building, not so smart for business retention of current members... at least in my humble opinion.

Pretty sweet

I get a kick from these funny videos... and love people's reactions to them even more. When I think about buying a regular card... usually expensive... so the price isn't too unrealistic. My father said it's the best card he's ever gotten.

JibJab is Great

I love the site and the iphone app even more. Awesome for all kinds of applications, whether personal or business. I wish that you could search a little easier, send cards with more then 5 faces (I have a small office with 6 customer facing people, so we have to leave someone out), etc... But these are small complaints.

Christmas to Oz

My first attempt and quite easy to follow instructions. Had trouble aligning mouths but it made it even more amusing, though described by the recipient as 'a thing of nightmare' whilst laughing in delight.
Looking forward to the next birthday of a family member away from home.

It's So Easy and So Funny

Missing Notifications for Delivered Cards
December 29, 2016

As far as I can tell there is no function for being notified if deliveries are picked up. Am I missing something here? If not, please think about implementing this functionality with your site. Especially now that I'm a paid member, I'd appreciate knowing if my cards are picked up so I don't have to ask the person if they got it. Thanks.

Black lines not acceptable
December 29, 2016

There are horizontal, thick, black lines over the mouths that appear when someone is singing or moving their lips, and it takes away from the whole thing. I don't remember seeing this on Jib Jab cards that I had received before. I contacted the company and they said to resubmit other photos, but when you sign up and pay, they clearly state that you can not switch out the images of the heads. Very disappointing.

In the early days, there were storylines and more comedic music videos that a person could choose from. Seems most of what is available are of low quality productions. The "fun" seems to have gone away.

Accommodated my need.

I could no longer
Afford my App. Subscriptions. Jib jab had no problem helping me. They even refunded me for the latest charge. I was a Regional Coach for American Greetings and one of my main training areas was Customer Services. If you don't have that you'll loose your customers. Keep up the good work!

I just used JibJab for the first time since the changes went into effect. More than very disappointed. It's never been the friendliest of sites, but the effort used to be worth it. I needed to add 3 new heads, but could never manipulate them properly, so gave that up for the moment and decided to send another card for which I had heads. As disappointing as that was, the # of message characters have been shortened from 144 to 50! It's barely enough to say "Have and Happy Birthday with many more to follow!" How boring is that? In addition, for the first time, the scheduled delivery of cards has not yet taken place. I'm thinking of not renewing my subscription. Have enjoyed using Jib Jab almost 5 years. Now? Again, very disappointed.

Love the card and cards we have done in past but website required us to give a credit card and now we are paying for 2 memberships. Working with your customer service and if issue is resolved would rate experience 5 stars
