The absolutely perfect videos for a rugged granddad and an intense sister. Could not possibly have been more fitting. Just putting them together was fun enough. We're still laughing!

Seems slow to use and couldn't really find suitable items.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, and i dont want to waste my time with 100 characters

I was charged for 1 year membership instead of 1 week. Website sign-up was not easily navigated without errors occurring that caused this charge. BE CAREFULL!

No real problems, but did have trouble finding the FAQs and was worried when the preview email of the card came to me without the video. All was good in the end though.

There was supposed to be a thirty day free trial, but I have already been charged. I would like to be reimbursed and removed as a member from this site. It wasn't at all what I thought it was.

Output and availability of videos was great. I wasn't impressed that I created the video then was advised I had to sign up for a year membership before I could send a card.

It brought a lot of fun and joy to the recipients. Had fun casting them cant wait to use it more. The music videos were great for bdays and sentimental events as well

I liked the concept of this site however I find it a little too expensive for my needs and because I may only use it occasionally I will probably be cancelling my membership in due course.

Wanted Jib Jab to back out automated subscription chgd to me and cancel subscription due to need to cut down on expenses and also dont use site
And I got my credit within few days and excellent C/S service.

Found cropping of pictures easy to follow, and all e-mail address I sent it to

I subscribed to jib jab and loved it! However, I really couldn't afford to spend the money, so I cancelled my subscription and was refunded my unused time right away! Great customer service!

Had a little trouble with being prompted for a current password when I had only just joined and hadn't added yet, but overcame this by selecting 'forgotten password' and setting a new one.

I have not noticed much of a change from last year with respect to video choices which i have already used in the past. I think JibJab should invest theitlr time in creating more video choices.

Wanted to send cards to family abroad, found your website and am very pleased I did. Easy to use upload photos and input your own message. Will now be using for birthdays. Will recommend to friends.

Would be nice if you had some more in Spanish, otherwise it's good for more of a white colture, don't get me wrong I appreciate the one's you have, just wanted have more of a selection
