This site looks super sketchy, one of those ads that randomly popped up on my boyfriends Instagram and he sent me a wedding band that he liked. I paid a pretty good amount for it... almost $450. I got it in the mail and was pretty disappointed, it looked like a cheap piece of jewelry I could've gotten at Walmart but the gold piece around the center looked like the rings you get from the little quarter machines as a kid. I got a necklace as a "free gift" and that looked pretty crappy too. I then contacted the website for a return form. The site said it would take 5-7 business days to get it to me... two weeks later I had not heard anything. I went to email their customer service and they sent an email saying they'd send me a form in 5-7 business days AGAIN. So I decided to call that day and got the form sent to my email immediately. I sent the ring back following the instructions and three days later I got an email saying my refund would be back in my account in 5-7 business days. I got the full refund 5 days later. Only good thing is the 99 day return policy.

Our experience with Jewlr was beyond positive. I am so grateful we found this company. My son was looking for a special ring for a special someone that was leaving for a year on a mission trip. After looking through the mall and a few fine jewelry stores to no avail, he did a random google search for "sunflower" rings since she likes sunflowers and he thought there might be something. He found the perfect ring on Jewlr's website and not only was it perfect he had the ability to customize it. We paid express shipping and since it took him so long to find the perfect ring, even with express it would arrive a day late. I took a chance and emailed the company never expecting a reply. I did receive a reply and it was an extremely kind and personal assurance that they would do all they could do. The ring did arrive in time, and it exceeded our expectations. This company is a true gem! They have a lifetime, repeat customer in me. I HIGHLY recommend them and hope this little Jewelry company goes on to see immense success. They deserve it for the selection and quality of their jewelry and most of all, for the integrity, character and commitment to customer service that must be a core value. If you need the perfect gift for someone or to treat yourself, I can not think of a better company than Jewlr.

My husband bought a necklace I had always wanted with my name on does not look like my name and chain would only fit a child. So thin was not cheap costing £180 do not buy from them save your money.

Arrived in the mail after a very decent waiting period, and it was well-packaged. The thank you gift was ordinary, but the ring I ordered was amazing! It looked exacty like it did in the picture, and the jewels I chose looked wonderful. Very detailed ring, and that surprised me. I did not expect it to be so well-made.

So far, I've been wearing it for over a year and a half, and apart from the usual wear, it has kept its shape, it's still stury, and I still love it. (Review is tardy becaude I've just realized I never wrote about the ring when I recieved it.)

My brother in law asked me to help him find a special piece of jewelry for my husband's sister to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. Shopping experience was perfect - I could place the gems on the tree in the order I preferred, see what it would look like & re-arrange them several times to get the most appealing placement. I could choose from several styles of engraving to add the family name onto the pendant. Once the order was placed, I got several emails to confirm the purchase, let me know when the item would be delivered, and instructions on how to track my item. The pendant arrived as scheduled, perfectly packaged in a lovely presentation box. My brother in law was blown away - the pendant is stunning! The enclosed card had his message written in beautiful script. There was also a card explaining what each stone was and what month it represented. And there was a lovely heart necklace included with his purchase as well. I am beyond amazed! What a wonderful purchase, reasonable price, and excellent shopping experience! Thank you. I know my sister in law will be very pleased to receive this lovely, meaningful necklace. You have a client for life!
