We were in our homes and unable to stop for gift due to carina virus. I didn't want my granddaughter not to have a gift on her 13th birthday so I contacted a company I saw on Facebook. Sydney had mentioned she would like to have a ring. I saw his beautiful ring on Jewlr website so I called them to see if they were still working. They said yes so I ordered it. The service was fast. I got it a sort time later and it was beautiful. My granddaughter loved it. I will do business with this company again and I would recommend the company to my friends and family. Susan
My mom has wanted a mother's ring for ages Jewlr provided a way to create a custom ring for a reasonable cost. Designing the ring was very easy, choosing the style and stones. We opted out of engraving. We chose silver and all real stones and they I think were reasonable priced. Once ordered I liked that there was an option to track the package, which I chose and liked receiving the updates as to where my order was. Shipping was good the ring came on time and in good condition. The ring itself is lovely and is extremely good quality, I was super happy with it. Sizing was spot on (note we happen to own a ring sizer so we know exactly what size ring to order) and perfectly true to size. It fit my mom perfectly. Most importantly my mom LOVED it, she was so happy.
I have bought a ring and a necklace and thy both are absolutely gorgeous! Plus u get a free necklace with your order! I will be most likely be oredering more for mothers day and birthdays for my mom and grandmother!
Flimsy and bent. Not impressed. Chain is WAY too long for a bracelet. If this wasn't a birthday gift for the weekend you could be sure this was going back. Absolute waste of money, this was supposed to be a keepsake for my niece's 13th birthday and now I have to go out and buy a new chain and fix it myself.

Beautiful items. Ordered 2 rings as mine and my fiancees wedding bands. This was the only site we were able to find exactly what we waned and we were able to customize the rings perfectly. We cant wait to see them in person.

Super simple and easy to personalize. I was able to make two necklaces; One for my grandmother containing 8 birthstones of her daughter, son, daughter-in-law, granddaughters and grandsons. And one for my mother-in-law containing 2 birthstones for her two sons. I will definitely be shopping with Jewlr again!
Easy site to maneuver. Gem size very oversized in pictures. I am not happy with the size of the simulated gems in the ring - we can hardly see them, except for the simulated ruby. Very disappointed in that.
Selecting and "making" the ring was so much fun. With my ring being a "high value" ring I had to speak to a manager to verify it was me and make sure everything correct. Later I had to change the size and there was no issues, extra charges or anything, just happy to oblige. I had a set date it was being shipped and to my pleasure it was overnighted, I had it the next day! It is perfect! Exactly as I pictured it, and fits perfectly! I was very surprised at the quality & weight of the pendant for the price I paid. When I received it and opened the box it was too beautiful for words. My husband was alittle choked up at the sentiment and how it looked. The best part is that it was 100% refundable but luckily it didn't come to that but it was reassuring knowing that I had the option.

Ordered the Personalized Name Necklace with rope chain and SO disapointed in the quality. Chain is so thin, clasp is weak. The name is so thin it bends. Waste of money :( Wanted to give this to my niece for her 18th birthday but cant as quality is so cheap. Very very disappointing
First and foremost, the ability to CUSTOMIZE jewelry like this is innovation at it's finest, if you want to tell somebody you love them this website offers several ways for you to do it in your own unique way. Though the pieces are much smaller than anticipated, I wouldn't buy an engagement ring here, but they still look phenomenal and everyone I gave a custom piece to enjoyed theirs (3 persons) especially the woman I love which was most important. Size doesn't always matter! Lastly, I have to mention the customer service, some websites you send emails, call, and walk 500 miles just to reach somebody and have them them help you, I sent ONE email and they got back to me within a day. Truly outstanding and great business, I hope this company goes as far as those big name places that offer the same old everything.

One of the aquamarine stines fell out the first day. The necklace changed colors after one week. The ring was not cheap. Junk jewelry.
