Purchasing experience great. Everything else is unacceptable, including sending tracking info in chinese

My overall experience is good. I had two glitches where an item that I won was not delivered. I followed up and was issued a refund. Disappointing as I wanted the item.

I've spent well over $7k USA though and not happy with anything as it all looks fake or is so tiny you can't make out any stamps and i complained when my first items arrived as they looked like plastic and I've since been blocked by them via email however they seem to be able to continue spamming me but I just get can't be delivered by the postmaster! I want my money back and I will be seeking legal advice or I'll go to the media as I'm a disability pensioner and also didn't realise it was USA dollars so I spent almost double what I thought to start and then everything is just rubbish! So dissatisfied, they should be ashamed of themselves

Hello, I see that you have very little word, I have pending orders, one from December 24/2024, from the 16th that I have not yet received, only one part, the other part is unreceived, which is a ring and a cord. I also have another order that has not yet been sent to me that had a gold cord and something else and they are still deceiving me with sending me something, sending me something for money or with a coupon to make new orders. My first experience in the bidding world. A bit disappointed on the process. Very long waiting period. I had to reach out to see what was going on. I guess, I fell between the crack and got forgotten. When I received my article it was without any certification paper as indicated in the bidding description.

I purchased two items I received one but however the other one which I paid a lot more for have not received.
It has been two months and when I purchased it, it said 6 to 8 weeks.
Not even updates on what's happening.
I can't find how to contact anyone

I was not happy within the last time I bought my cross. I paid the extra $25 to get it within 10 days and I didn't get it for 45 days. In fact I had to email them and ask him to send it out 30 days later. They sent it out so I'm not happy.
And didn't even get a refund of my $25

Jewelry smaller than what they appear and shipping time too long. A few times, I had to send an email to remind to process my order...

Sketchy- still have not received multiple purchases. The ones I have received took so long that I Cannot give items as gifts. Very disappointed

Products often advertised deceptively and not as described. Make sure you don't get stuck over paying for stuff it is deceptively described.

It takes to long to delivery. And you should send it in one package

All the purchases I have made through Jewelry Room were certainly not a disapointment. Inexpensive and quality jewelry

No compensation or communications about where this is, so not happy wedding dress which was made for me from a designer arrived about 5 weeks later same day.

I am still waiting for a purchase to be delivered which was ordered on the 16/01/25 over 3 months ago. One other delivery took 9 weeks. Other than that the other orders were delivered in a timely fashion.
