I have made several orders from no more rack, now Choxi. I received great service and the products were first rate. Shipped in a timely manner. Very satisfied.

Got the wrong color and have not got a replacement or refund before that there where no problem
The sandals I received were very poor quality. I have 3 other pairs I ordered from the dawgs site that are much nicer. A cheap price is not good if you don't get what you expected. If these aren't copies they must be dawgs rejects.

It is just totally amazing how much money you can save if you are a regular Choxi shopper. I was looking for an older Apple computer with a FireWire port to use on a video capture project. That's when I came across an iMac system Choxi had on sale. Paid only $346 for a refurbished iMac system with 4GB of RAM and 750 MB hard drive.
The only regret I have with receiving my products, that I takes too long for any products to arrive. No product should take two weeks to arrive at home destination.

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
