I recently tried to purchase 3 sets of luggage for my kids' holiday gifts. After waiting over a month for the shipping notice that never came, I instead got an email from Choxi that was very apologetic, but they couldn't fill my order because the supplier couldn't provide the merchandise. And I'm okay with this situation. It happens. I got a refund. Alls well that ends well.
EXCEPT, that I was back on Choxi looking for an alternate option just days after being told that this item was no longer available, AND THERE WAS THE ITEM! Same options, same brand, same colors. So now what? Do I try again? Just give up? My trust is a little shaken.
I'M BLOWN AWAY WITH THE QUALITY AND PRICE OF MY RECENT BEDDING PURCHASE. IT WAS A KING SIZE COMFORTER SET. IT WAS A VERY GENEROUS SIZE AND JUST BEAUTIFUL. CAME VERY QUICKLY. I AM NOW A REGULAR CUSTOMER.
I purchased a herringbone pattern white blackout curtain (2 panels). I received 2 panels of different patterns. I ret'd the curtains after getting a RA#. Once rec'd back, I received 2 e-mails, 1 stating that I was getting partial credit, then a 2nd e-mail stating that I was getting full credit. When I tried to reorder the same item, I was informed at checkout that in order to redeem my credit, (partial not full) I would have to spend more money than the credit I received. Very disappointed with this. I've tried ordering again but the item in white is now sold out. Not sure what to do now.

Good Deals can be had if you are cautious about what you purchase. I generally look to Amazon to get prices and reviews for items I see on Choxi before making a purchase. If the item is the same price or less on Amazon, and reviews are good, I buy from Amazon to get it faster. If reviews are good but cheaper on Choxi, I buy from Choxi knowing it will take awhile to get the item.
Return policy is OK if damaged or incorrect item they will refund, but no exchanges available. Just be aware and be sure its what you want, right size, etc, or you'll pay to ship back to get a refund with no exchange. You have to just reorder the item and wait a few more weeks to receive it.
Overall, if you are a careful shopper and check to be sure item is a good deal, don't mind waiting, you can get some cool stuff at great prices!
Like to shop on Choxi (nomorerack) for the quality, reasonable/good price, even though occasionally free shipping charge for certain hours, but cannot beat with the lowest shipping fee, and the prompt delivery of the item is excellent.

When I go to look at kids section I find things that shouldn't be there, items for men & women, & other stuff that don't belong there, If I'm looking for kids stuff that what I want to find not all the other stuff, same goes for the other sites. Now when you do clothing Items you need to put if that items is junior or women they don't wear the same size, I know about size chart, & I look at it every time, but that doesn't help if we don't if the item is made for a junior or a women they take different sizes, I have order items before not knowing & found out it was a junior top & it wont fit, you need to fix that. Who ever check order to be sent out needs to do a better job, I've order things that comes pairs & found one not the size I order, can't see sending the hole order back or paying for return, just make sure that order are right, this has happen few times. One more thing when you let us know our item has been shipped & deliver not days afterwards, I've gotten a email one later after I got the item, other place tell me it's being deliver that day or on a date, why can't your company do something like that?

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
