I ordered some expandable belts. I have ordered them in the past. They are a good product at a reasonable price. I accidentally ordered them again but pressed order twice. I only wanted one. I immediately called customer service. The person with whom I spoke knew very little english and was very hard to understand. I finally spoke to a supervisor who said he would reverse the transactions. He did after about 3 weeks.
I do a lot of shopping with Nomorerack now known as Choxi, and they have always given me excellent merchandise at great prices plus the customer service is top notch. They aim to please that's for sure. Way to go Choxi, keep up the good work!
Had to call a lot & write sooooooooo many times, because of not getting my order right, I know it was all at the warehouse, they would say they send my order, but it was only part of my order, each time Had three dif orders, they keep messing up. When I order from NoMoreRack, never had a problem.Al way got my orders. I use to enjoy seeing what deals, & ordering.

Overall very satisfied with Choxi. The only reason I gave it a 4 rather than a 5 is because some products did not live up to their writeups. In fact, the products came to me damaged or fell apart after one use and Choxi does not offer any returns! I have purchased thousands of dollars of merchandise and have been extremely pleased with Choxi's Customer Service. I wish Choxi would be more particular about the quality of merchandise they carry, if not, then offer some compensation for the terrible products that do slip by merchandisers.
My final comment would be is Buyer Beware. Sometimes Choxi products at a low low price really are not worth it! Help us Choxi, you are very good at most products and pricing and I really would like to continue to buy from you!

I have made several purchases from no more rack or Choxi. I was very pleased with my purchases until recently. On June 30 I made two different purchases. The order number for this review went perfectly. However my second order went to an address in Florida (I live in Washington state). I had to be refunded my money because they were out of my size in the dress I had purchased. On July 13 I made another purchase which did not fit (I used the sized chart included and ordered larger than what was recommended) the t-shirts were too small and I had to return them. Rather than refund my money, I was given a Choxi credit. I was frustrated by this but figure I order enough from Choxi, I will use it anyway. I went to make a purchase using my credit and was prompted that I had to spend at least $40 to use MY MONEY. I will now think twice before I purchase from Choxi again.
Wish it came with some instructions. Still haven't recieved the lotion or the laptop desk yet.

On 8/17, i ordered 92 keurig cups for $42.00 I never got a confirmation; or a magazine freebie. Nothing was on my "account" page. I called and for approx. 1.5 hours we worked on it, to no avail. The upshot was I was told by Don-who was a doll throughout to reorder and he'd throw in 2 magazine subscriptions for all the trouble.OK cut to the next day and the kerig is delivered! Query would you please cancel the 2nd Keurig, but honor the subscription? K S Vigil Esq.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
