I have been a nomorerack customer for some time. I always received my orders anywhere between 10-14 days, since it has become choxi it seems to take a lot longer to receive my orders. I am waiting for orders right now...
Have not been able to print off mailing labels and return papers because I have an older computer and those documents have a strange ending my computer will not recognize and open. So I'm stuck with a dress too little for me and too little for my daughter who is a size 8.

This is a good shopping site that sells items at low prices. And coupons provided from e-mails can provide further discounts. Shipping charges are low and even occasionally free. Overall good service and a good website.
CHOXI REP WAS PLEASENT & QUICKLY DISCOVERED MY PURCHASE STILL HAD NOT BEEN SENT. SHE STATED SHE WOULD CONTACT THE SELLER TO EXPEDITE OR I HAD THE OPTION TO CANCEL THE ORDER. I CHOSE TO WAIT TO RECEIVE ORDER.
I wasn't sure how good the quality of the product would be for the nominal price I paid. I was pleasantly surprised to receive merchandise that exceeded my expectations.
Did not receive any information after 89/08/2015 placement of purchase. Not able to track. Received X-Hose a week ago. Then Magnetic Posture Support on08-20-15 with EMail entry that the order has shipped. Also final purchase was $40.00 f or both items, However, EMail states $50.00 purchase. What up? I was given a $10.00 credit on original EMail.

I had 2 infinity bracelets break and because I don't have the original package, they will not let me return and give me credit. I don't know anyone that keeps the original package for more than a week, I will never buy form them an have let my friends and family members know what they did to me. I am wearing 3 silver bracelets that I got from Nomorerack and wear them daily with my watch. I have had them over 6 months with no problems. I am done with Choxi!

Three days later, my door bell rang, the dog began barking his head off to let me know someone was outside. Unbelievably, when I opened the door, I found a large box from Choxi with my order. Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
