My experience with Choxi is almost perfect. I just wish when ordering multiple products they all shipped together or at least at the same time. I order several products from Choxi and some come so fast it amazes me and sometimes I have to wait up to 3 weeks to get an order.
I have placed one order so far and was really happy. Fast and free shipping and free returns you really can't go wrong with that! They have a great selection with reasonable prices plus they send promo codes to my email! I will be using this site often for my online shopping needs.
I am not too happy about a situation in where I bought a toy for my 10 year old grandson back in Nov ahead of the Christmas rush and mailed it to my grandson in time for him to open on Christmas Eve, Well the toy did not work right out of the box and now Choxi will not accept a return or offered to replace it because it has been over 30 days. Given the fact that I have spent large amounts of money and referred plenty of customer to them they will not replace a toy that cost $55.-- because of policy... Apparently they do not understand that people buy presents way ahead of 30 days for Christmas giving. Any other store would have no problem doing so.
I ordered jewelry and it never came, but Choxi cancelled this for me, and gave me in store / online credit. So when I want to purchase again, I have a credit, and that is very good. They were quick to give me the credit where other companies make you wait for 30 days or longer. Besides that I love there merchandise. And am a happy camper!
For some reason? I've been unable to shop with Choxi, since my Visa card number changed.
I understand and appreciate cyber security but due to no fault of mine, your system tells me I must register as a new user that is associated with a new email address if I want to shop with Choxi,. I've done nothing wrong, and Choxi needs to get this fixed.
I ordered three items on 7 June 2016, two I received within a week or so but to this day still haven't received my last item. I emailed Choxi customer service twice and I keep getting the same answer: "It will ship as soon as we receive it from the manufacturer". I should have spent a little more and buy it at WalMart.
Choxi gave me a refund in the form of store credits into my account for the full purchase price of an item I did not receive, including shipping. They also advised me, that for refund credits, there is no minimum purchase required or any other restrictions. I am free to use my credits however I like. Thank you so much Choxi!
Crappy items, crappy shipping, and extremely unhelpful customer service that barely speaks or comprehends English. I used to love this site when it was NOMORERACK. But ever since the Choxi take over, it's been nothing except problems for me! I get coupons all the time through email, but that's not enough to get my business back! You guys sucks!
I ordered 3 ARTICLES. One if them came within a week. The other two, now 5 weeks after the order was placed, still have NOT shown up. Very sad and disappointed. There is little impetus to order from Choxi again, ever!
Recently purchased something that didn't work for me so I had to return it to jclub. Everyone in their customer service department were courteous and helpful. They bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied and since I had to return the item they issued a credit immediately. Just a great company with wonderful prices and a caring support team!
As with many of the other reviewers here, I did a great deal of business with them when they were Nomorerack. Great deals. Great customer service. Fast shipping. I placed 4 orders after the change to Choxi. One order was cancelled by them as no longer in stock, even though the item was still available for purchase on the site, and they were still accepting orders for it. It took over 8 weeks from order date and 2 weeks from cancellation by them to get my refund. 2 orders I cancelled after waiting almost 3 months for the product. Took another month to get my refund. I did receive one of the 4 orders, a ring, after waiting 10 weeks. First time I wore it, one of the stones fell out. No one answered my emails, and of course you can't reach them by phone. I will never do business with them again, and I suggest everyone else avoid them like the plague. Absolutely horrible company.
I ordered a cell phone case for my son's I phone and was told it would take 10-14 business days. Well it's been almost 8 weeks and no product yet they took my money. I complained numerous times and in the beginning they emailed me and told me my order was processing but the last few weeks when I demanded a refund they have ignored me. The customer service #'s they have are also phony. They revert back to the previous company when it was called nomorerack and then disconnect you. This company is bad news!
I love shopping on this site. 1 out 10 that I came across something I've order and it doesn't fit, but other than that I loved shopping with you guys. Keep up the good work. You guys are awesome! Have a blessed day!
I have done most of my Christmas shopping with Choxi. Great prices and selection. A few items I had to return. Contacted customer service and had a response the next day. Very efficient. They really know how to take care of their customers.
Most everything I have ordered from Choxi has been fine with especially great savings!
In the few cases where I was not pleased, Customer Service was right on top of the situation and made sure that I was one happy customer!

Ordered 8 items but after 6 weeks only two were shipped. Customer service response is very prompt and polite. I cancelled the remaining items but have lost confidence that using the store credit will actually result in the receipt of the items purchased.

Everything is fine, in general, but a couple of things I don't like. First, $2 shipping for EACH ITEM?!?!? I have often gone to the site to buy several things and then decided to scrap it all because the shipping for 5 little items--that should all be sent at the same time, in a single order--came to $10! And they didn't even weigh a pound! Talk about annoying! It's a great site and a good shopping experience if you're buying a single item that's heavy. Otherwise, the shipping cost is prohibitive. Also, when you look at items on the page, they change places all the time! That is really annoying. I go into an item to see the details, and when I go back, I'm never in the same place! It's frustrating so I don't go there often.
I love the prices and selection but never know if and when I will receive the products. Sometimes a month or more. I realize that they come from different distributors but sometimes after a month or more I get a notice saying the items are sold out. Choxi really does try to make up for it by giving a 25% additional credit on your account which is nice. I' m usually not in a hurry for anything I've ordered so I'm patient. I gave 4 stars because they try and everything I have received is nice.
Ordering online was a snap, I managed to get in on the free shipping times, plus there was a $15 credit; and I received my order the day after receiving the email alerting me that the order was being shipped! What more could one ask? Oh yes--the earrings were even more beautiful than they appeared on the screen.

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
