I always order my sheets from this website. Many come with 4 pillow cases which is great because my family likes to have a lot of pillows on the bed. I have always had timely delivery and never a problem.
Site is very navigation friendly and prices are competitive. The only problem I had was ordering multiple items and the shipping and receiving of these items taking longer than others. I thought by ordering together they would arrive together. That was not the case. That was my only problem. Always make sure and read carefully the shipping times and then keep up with it. I did have on item that took 3 weeks to get here barely in time for Christmas.
I've purchased a variety of things from Choxi and have been quite satisfied. On some things I've been a bit worried about ordering without being able to see & touch the items, but so far all has been well. I even bought 6 dining chairs and was worried about the shipping but they arrived timely and in fine condition!
The items come in a timely manner. The great thing about this site is the low shipping cost. $2 flat rate. Very nice. Also that they often offer 3 hour windows of free shipping or entire day of free shipping... I wait for those quite often. ;)
I bought a charm necklace, and received it. It was broken. I contacted their 'third party' vendor who they used to ship it. The Customer Service rep who answered the phone, said they would gladly ship just the locket itself, if I returned the locket only, NOT the charms, since they were completely out of the 'pet' theme. That is exactly what I did. TWO weeks later, I get an email saying they can't refund, or send me the locket because I didn't return the charms. They were a mess with losing my boots when they were under the name NO MORE RACK. I see nothing has changed. I have told everyone I know, don't order from them. Two times in a row, with horrible customer service, and no refund. 3 times is not going to happen to me.
The product came after xmas for my little one then as I opened the packaging, I noticed that it was completely crushed and ruined! I immediately called up explaining what had happened to the package and was instructed on the return. A month later and I was refunded my money! That's great however, my 6 year old has no batman light! Not good, no proper communication with vendor to Choxi. I will be getting this product from AMAZON, and I'm quite sure that they will send it out in a box as it should be! Who in their right mind sends out a light in a bubble wrapped package and not expect it to be either thrown around by the postal service and have it destroyed (as it was when we received it)!
Common sense dictates that it should have been placed in a box with the original packaging!
I order 3 different things. I've only received one item. Yet when I try to check on my order, it says it is completed. There is no way for me to track where or when my other two items will be delivered. Don't like that at all.
I purchase 2 womens velour jogging suits. Black and brown.
I wore the brown one and got great reviews about it. You can wear with sneakers or
Shoe boots. I wash my clothes after purchase and I figure it was going shrink or stretch it out. But nope. No issues at all.
I am looking to purchase another colour soon. It's worth the money.
I have only received half my order and I placed the order over a month ago. One of my packets was returned because the sender didn't put my apartment number on it. So I've waited 3 weeks for my packet and have watched it online go back and forth between my post office and California. Rather frustrating. And the skirts I ordered where the wrong ones that were sent to me!
I have been shopping this site since it started and have made many purchases. I've experienced their bumps & glitches while trying to perfect their site & their customer service. BOTH have been greatly improved. The site has better detail, orders are accurate & customer service is no longer robotic responses that don't apply to every situation. They seem to be looking@ each inquiry.
Over all I'm very happy with Choxi! I have noticed that it seems to be taking longer than it used to-to receive my items. I've never really had any problems with my items except this last one in which
Something that was listed on the invoice was not in the package as stated but Choxi is working with the distributor to resolve the issue!
I was pleased with both the prices and the quality of items I've ordered so far. Good value! Most items ship really fast, but I am STILL waiting for one item to show up, and it's been way over a month.
Purchased the reversible comforter and 6 piece dream sheets. They are all very soft can't wait to put them on my bed! They came packaged like they were a $500.00 new bedding set and when I took them out they felt like it too. I had my doubts about how much they cost how could they be so nice, but glad I took the chance or I would of missed out On a GREAT deal.
I have seen Choxi advertised many times in my email and never opened it! I assumed it to be something that might wreck my computer! NOT! Now I'm so sorry for what I have missed all this time. I opened it, finally, and was amazed at the catalog of various items offered at more than half the savings. Not junk, but good, quality products. The advantage was sweeter at Christmas time, but I will now have this advantage throughout the year! I am a very happy camper!
Ordered a Dan Francisco 49's throw blanket. Ordering was super easy, item shipped quickly and I received it within a few short days. Item came in perfect condition and just a beautiful throw. Perfect gift! The recipient (my brother-in-law) loved it. Choxi site, products and customer service is top notch!
It's a good company, the only thing I don't like is in order to return an item you have to call customer care (which is a person working from out of their home with a strong accent) and they send you a return label, you have to return items in original packing material so make sure you open package carefully! I returned some shoes last month and have not received a confirmation if they received item back and no credit has been received.
I love this site because of all the random stuff it has for sale. Most of the time, after I purchase an item, it is delivered to me in a reasonable amount of time. There have been a few times after a purchase, that I have had to question why after 3 weeks or more, my item hasn't shipped. When this happens. Choxi is very apologetic and does whatever to make the place ship it ASAP. They also give a credit for inconvenience.
Choxi is very quick and efficient when you have a query or problem.
One of their vendors was very slow to fulfill my order and I was leaving the country so Choxi kindly offered to cancel that one item and refund me. I will reorder upon my return.
All of their staff are caring and professional.

I am still waiting to receive items I ordered 30 and 45 days ago! Last time this kind of delay happened, I was told that my ordered items was no longer available and finally got an refund weeks later. If Choxi orders take this long, I won't order any more!
Today is 9/2/15 I ordered an item on 8/13/15 and I still haven't received it. There isn't any tracking available and all they can tell me is that they will look into it. That was three days ago I guess it takes a long time to check an order Signed out forty bucks

Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
