I have ordered 4 things in the last couple of months. I received only 2 out of the 4 and was told the other 2 were out of stock. I think when you order they should let you know they don't have any.
The item# ******* was ordered on 6/23/2016, and has mat been delivered as of today 7/25/2016 I made two inquireries about the same item already. Is there anybody who actually do the follow ups? Please, don't tell me to wait longer. "Deliver" the item, or give me the credit so we can move on to the next pages. I used to be a happy customer.
Choxi gave me a refund in the form of store credits into my account for the full purchase price of an item I did not receive, including shipping. They also advised me, that for refund credits, there is no minimum purchase required or any other restrictions. I am free to use my credits however I like. Thank you so much Choxi!
Went on line, Looked at the pages, saw what i wanted, ordered it and within a few days, had my product. It was just as it was advertised. I have enjoyed the earrings and. Have gotten a good response to them.

I needed to return a purchase and when I didn't follow thru right away with their instructions, a week later they sent even simpler instructions and a cheery note. That is the kind of service that makes me want to use their services again

I ordered jewelry and it never came, but Choxi cancelled this for me, and gave me in store / online credit. So when I want to purchase again, I have a credit, and that is very good. They were quick to give me the credit where other companies make you wait for 30 days or longer. Besides that I love there merchandise. And am a happy camper!
I ordered these billfolds that hold your Phone and Credit Cards three time and paid for them but I've never seen them. I ordered one the first time and two the next. You sent sheets I ordered and we really like them.

Because they said I have credit balance about some order I placed and not received yet and i go to order again sence last July 14 now it's More than 10 days and I am not received the confirmation when they are sending these orders, how long have to be waiting they confirmed that orders?

Placed an order, saw that I had a credit, didn't have to pay a thing. I forgot about a refund due me, for it took for ever, so I completely forgot about it. Surprised in your honesty for issuing the refund, if there should be a next time, please let me know that I will receive a refund and when to expect it.
I've been waiting a month for my hydration backpacks! I did receive a prompt reply from Choxi, however I could've easily got the same product overnight from a competitor!
I purchased numerous items around 6/12/2016 and contacted Choxi 7/23/2016 indicating that waiting a month and a half was unacceptable. Choxi responded:
**All of our products are shipped directly to you from our network of manufacturing partners. We can assure you that were doing everything we can to get your delivery to you as quickly as possible. We greatly appreciate your continued patience.
Choxi needs to inform customers if there are such long lead times for delivery of items. Unfortunately you would probably see a reduction in orders if customers knew that.
I may never order through Choxi in the future because of the long wait for my purchase.
Others items received and are great. Did not receive personal air conditioner and has been over a month since ordered!
All products I've purchased from the Choxie web site have been quality products and I have been Very satisfied. Delivery is usually before that estimated.
I have a sheet of sheets I bought that do not stay on the bed. The bottom sheet pops off. Was given a $5.00 credit which I used on another set of sheets but should have not have to buy another set

Answer: I would suggest you shop elsewhere. There are negative reviews all over the internet and on this site about the way Choxi conducts business.
Answer: I wouldn't - if anything goes wrong with it, you may never get a refund. It took me 20+ emails to get credit for $72. There service is terrible! I buy a lot online, I will NEVER USE them again!
Answer: I am a vendor who sold $11,400 of product to Choxi. I drop shipped the items directly to Choxi customers within 24 hours of receiving the order from Choxi. Chop convinced our company to extend terms to Choxi. We have never been paid the $11,400 from Choxi. We advised them that we were stopping all future shipments. They continued to sell our items, accepting customer money, knowing that we were not going to fulfill any orders received from Choxi. This seems to me to be outright fraud. We have been unable to get any payments from Choxi. They give us the same run around they give consumers trying to get their money returned. We're all in the same boat.
Answer: I will do that but so far I have followed all instructions from your customer service staff and believe me they have made a number of promises that have not been kept. To add insult to injury I am getting e-mails from the company saying "we miss you and want you back."
