Im a collector of cute stationeries from anywhere in Asia. Stationeries from Asia are cure and pretty. When i saw the ad regarding that Japancrate will going to have stationeries last year and they called it Inku. I immediately subscribed from day 1. Now i have tons of collections from them. Thank you Japancrate. Your items are perfect.
My sister is a fan of Japan Crate. She won't stop talking about it whenever we talk over the phone. I got so curious that I tried it. Now, whenever the delivery comes, we have more stuff to talk about. We love the Inku Crate so much!
I ordered several crate from Japan crate and the experience was great. I ordered Premium and Umai crate. So far all I have made have been easy to make and great to eat. Perfect much after warming with the noodle soup and much with the snacks! Love it all and definitely will order again and will recommend.
I'm super excited with my crate every month. Its been almost a year now since I subscribed to Japancrate. My first crate was the Premium then I changed it monthly like Umai, then Doki Doki, then to Gacha Gacha. I didn't try the Kira Kira and Inku crate yet. As I always go back to Premium. Candies and snacks are most favorite. Service was perfect. Good customer service. They always quickly reply to my inquiries. No issues yet with my subscriptions. Shipment always on time. Overall experience was very satisfied.
I would give Japan Crate 10 stars if I could. I now have the most unique pencil due to my Inku Crate. Looking forward to more cutesy stationeries. They have a very helpful customer support as well. It was a pleasure subscribing to Japan crate. They have an amazing team. Good job Japan Crate! :)

Just got my March Japan Premium crate. Good variety and unique items, nice presentation and well packed. Candy comes from well-known brands. Love it and was so amazing.
I ordered the Premium crate and I love it. I didn't even get a chance to own it as I have shared it with a few friends and they also love it. I subscribed again for another month and will see what's comes in the September crate and hope to get the pokemon toy with 3 little pikachu babies. I cant really wait for my crate to arrive. Im super duper excited!
They offer a pretty decent subscription service for a box delivered to your front door. I've tried the original Japan Crate, the Doki Doki crate, and I am subscribed to their ramen subscription which I am quite happy with. I always felt like the Doki Doki crate was quite cheap in value despite what was being paid for. However, their candy subscription and the ramen subscription give me a lot of interesting choices and has definitely been a pleasure. The only real downside to the service is the delay and problems that they have with shipping, which seems to be something they cannot really avoid given how they source their items.
"Just got my 2nd box after a long wait and let me just say, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Very good price though it was just I waited for long as shipping is really delayed but guess what? It's all worth the wait. At least I still get it that I though it already lost. It makes me happy and it's actually freakingly awesome box. All their snacks are delicious and fun. I always enjoy what I get especially the kitkats haha. It's also easy to share with others. I love Japan Crate. Hope to get my 3rd and last box soon. Already excited and can't wait.
My overall experience is absolutely satisfying considering the global shipping problem, waiting is ok, as long as their customer support is always there to respond in every email you send. Not mentioning that, their customer support is very polite and apologetic. I can relate as I'm working as a customer support as well. Kudos to your team. Recommended."
Just want to let you know that I'm so happy with my subscription. I ordered Inku and Doki on January 3rd. Both boxes are so lovely cute. The japan thingy stationeries are so lovely then to my surprised the Doki box came after a day I received my Inku. And so, the items are so lovely. Glad that I subscribed. Its a right decision actually. Love both my box.
Even if you contact them the day of the auto-renew, a month prior to the next shipment, they will not refund you. They give you no advance notice that they will be renewing and will send you a screenshot of the checkbox that you were required to check as a condition to placing the inital order.

Can't complain. Their snacks and candies were all amazing! I have just signed up for another 12-months with Japan crate and looking forward to their products next month :)
The boxes are lovely, the products are really cute... but the shipping and delivery are terrible.
I suscribed quarterly last year. I got two great boxes, but then, they switched to another delivery service... and since then I got nothing.
The girls in their Customer Support Service replied the boxes would be resent... nothing... I paid for another three boxes... and still nothing.
I decided to cancel my suscription. I see they still have lovely products... but it is not worth paying for sth you're not getting. I guess it has to do with the international shipping and customs.
If you're in Japan, perhaps there is not a big issue with the delivery service and you'll get these lovely kawai products.
Missing Japan? While there is no chance to travel at this point, let Japan come right to your doorstep. Exactly what I did! Now enjoying my box full of snacks from Japan.
Considering the price of these crates, they are well worth it. I have both the Premium and Doki crates and the Premium offers a lot of tasty candies and snacks that you wouldn't normally find at your local store. I wasn't always a big fan of Kit Kats, but Strawberry Kit Kats (which were in one of the Premium crates) was delicious! The Doki subscription is perfect for girls. My niece loves the stuff in the Doki crate. Besides being cute, a lot of the stuff in the Doki crate is usable. I would highly recommend either crate.
I cant resist my Japan snacks! So much goodness on it. Every pieces of the crate is worth it. Love the limited edition kit kats in my crates. Amazing product.
I bought a noudle crate in February and now it has arrived with only 4 noudles for 50 euro and i have to pay toll aswell for 22 euro?!?! $#*!ing kidding me?! I want my money back for this! This is ridicioulus! Bunch of scammers! Give me my money back! Not paying 50 $#*!ing euro for four noudles wtf! It says 8-10 in the description on your website…!
And another 22 euro apparently for import to the delivery firm! So that is over 700 danish crowns almist a 100 euro i have wasted on this sh*t how can you live with yourself with this scam! You dont tell anything to people about paying toll for the crate aswell! This is bull$#*!! $#*! this firm.
They don't reply, customer service is nonexistent, it is not worth the money, the box took over 3 months to arrive, they are liars and scammers.
