Total scam site

I ordered a hat in March of 2020 and never got it. Sent them an email and got no reply then checked their contact link on their website and it doesn't even work. Total scam, I'm not even sure how they're still operating.

For an American-based company that at first glance appears so trustworthy(Jane & Andy... like the rag dolls of old; a couple with kids who live in SC), be prepared to be disappointed & frustrated by the item never arriving, the tracking number not working, and the "customer service"(laughable) being nonexistent. I've asked for a refund and we'll see what happens. I also plan to start the dispute process with my bank. These people need a new career path! Btw, my item is coming from China, but I didn't know that when I ordered... so add"deception" to the list. I should've stuck with Amazon(the same exact item was there, too). At least there's some recourse & accountability there. Only having a good review every 8th time or so should be warning enough! They finally gave me a refund, after my bank got involved, but no business should put someone through all of this.

They really Suck

It's been a whole month I still haven't received my order you can't reach anyone they never answer emails but they have no problem with taking your money off your card as soon as you purchase something but you never receive any order are any answer back about your money they are stealing and ripping people off!

I cancelled my order due to it taking so long and not coming from the US, they sent an email I would receive my refund in 5-6 days and it's been 5 weeks still no refund. This is $45 I couldn't afford to lose, they don't even reply to me emails anymore. This company is a fraud and people should not use them.
They lie and steal your money.

Ordered $70 worth mid July 2020, sent several emails no response. They should be ashamed of themselves! They maybe be having trouble due to covid (isn't everyone) but there is no excuse in not responding. You can take someone's money but you can't seem to return an email... you know what they say what comes around goes around!

I placed an order with Jane and Andy on 7/15/20. On 8/9/20 the order was still showing as 'being processed' so I sent them an email asking for an estimate of when my item would be processed and shipped. I got no reply. Then on 8/17/20 I checked the order status and it said order delivered on 7/25/20. They back-dated the delivery date and did so after I emailed them on 8/9. I never received the item and have not gotten any notice that the item shipped or any response to my email. Never buy from this site. It's a scam.

Order my cargo pants and finally after waiting for a month it came but the order came in wrong size, got my money and now I have no idea, how to return the item or get the right size. NEVER ordered from this company.

Never received product!

Original order was placed June 29th. Their website says it was delivered July 15th I never received product!
I received an angry email saying I had not given them enough time to process the order once order After order was 60 days old I again tried to reach out to the company. I received no response to emails and have not received refund. We are talking about a $22 pair of flip flops. But it's the principle that they were not professional or responsive.

I placed an order on July 7 and never received it. I have sent numerous emails with no response ever. Didn't find a phone number. Of course they have my $$. Just glad I didn't spend big bucks

They claimed to have refunded me but my bank shows otherwise. I canceled within an hour of ordering. One month later and They have refused to address my issue After many attempts of contacting them so I have no other Choice than to report them to the better business bureau and file a complaint against the company. I will go to every website and social media that they are advertised and submit my review. Having bad reviews is worse than losing 32.99. Good luck to them. Stay away. They are thieves!.

The worst!
May 20, 2020

I ordered a package April 27th and I received a notification saying my order was confirmed and shipped. When I tried to look at the location it said no location was found and still waiting on someone to ship the package. I've sent 3 emails asking for information and no answer. My package was $40 and the month of May is almost over and still have not heard anything. Do not buy anything from this site. I've seen many reviews saying they don't answer their customers and continuously repeat what they've done to me. No one has ever received a package from them. I wish I would have read the reviews first. DO NOT BUY FROM Jane & Andy

I placed an order back in June 2020, received an order conformation but never received a shipping confirmation. Finally figured out how to track the order status, at the beginning of Aug it changed from order confirmed to order shipped. To this day still don't have the order, with no way to reach the company they don't have a phone number to call nor do they respond to emails. WORST COMPANY DO NOT BUT FROM!

I made an order for Gel Nail Manicure set on May 4th or 5th, the money was taken out of my Bank acc in the sum of $38.99 on May 5th. Havnt received it as of Jun13th, havnt heard a word and cant find anyway to contact them. Will Never order from Here again.

I ordered glitter shoes white and silver they came gray and ugly silver. My kids could have done a better job in art class. Took forever for shipping. The picture on tje left is what I wanted the one on the right is what I got. Very dissatisfied

Scam!

Scam scam scam! That's all I can say. I ordered in OCTOBER 2019. In January they said it was " on the way" and that there was a "slight delay in shipping due to high demand." Then in February 2020 all response from them disappeared. I was also disconnected and blocked from Facebook chat. Watch out!

I've waited 2 months for my package. I've emailed and emailed and get 2 worded emails. COVID has been the excuse but I have ordered things from wish the same time I ordered this and I got all my packages from wish. Also the thing has been saying shipped for a while and it doesn't even have a tracking number. The website says fulfilled but I assure you it has not been.

I ordered this on mothers day last month and have yet to receive it. I emailed and no response. I finally emailed asking for a refund and awaiting a response. Worst of all there is no chat or number to reach someone. You gotthe right one I will be reporting this matter and getting a refund one way or another.
