Answer:

Emailed them twice and no responds whatsoever, can't find anything else that seems to work. Totally unbelievable company.

I ordered shoes in june and still have not received, my account was charged and i received an email saying i would be notified when they were shipped.

Answer:

I have had the same experience I ordered a pair of sandals a month and a half ago. No package and no response from them.
