Great experience ordering from Ivy Rose, this was my first order, satisfactory delivery time. Dress is true to size

The shirts were much bigger and baggier than my previous order and I ordered the same size as last time. Disappointed with the lack of consistent sizing.

Found what I was looking for and got checked out pretty quickly.

It came pretty fast from where it was being shipped

The fabric is not what I expected I thought it was jeans materials but it was not

Too small, quantity of material is really cheap,do not recommend

Hoping I get this item in 10 to 14 days and it fits

I received a beautiful sweater-blouse and the packaga tracking was wonderful!
Haven't worn it yet, because it is reserved for the Holidays!

I followed what i was told to do in order to return product but never heard back from company. Dress was to big and wanted to exchange.

Items are poor quality, took 3 weeks to be delivered, trying to get a refund was timely, was offered discount for items that I did not want. Eventually got agreement to return, it is timely to sort postage, needing to send pictures of all the items, sending photo of tracking, now have Theo wait a further 3 weeks till I get refunded

I only have a problem with te delivery i paid delivery costs with the items i ordered then i had to pay the delivery company that came and delivered it also

1st try buying clothes online! If it fits well and is good quality I will buy again from this company

Problemas con las tallas xq no coinciden con las medidas que tienen en la pagina.Yo pedi una talla M en cuatro prendas difentes y dos me quedaban bien y las otras dos no.

My order took almost two months to arrive, I didn't get it in time for my vacation. In fact, they delivered it right after we had left and we didn't get back for two weeks. Once I got back and went through everything and realized the quality is not the best, I wanted to return a few items. They informed me that returns are only accepted 14 days after the delivery date, which I had already passed. Their phone number is always a busy signal and their chat is an automated robot who does nothing to assist besides repeat the policy. Even though they are able to take almost two months to get me the order, they cannot accept my return now. I am concerned about this company's authenticity and will never make the mistake of ordering from here again. Save yourself the money and trouble and order from somewhere else.

It's expensive and also it takes days to arrive,I was expecting the crop top also I guess it's not included on the set so it was not there and make your promotions clear not to make inconvenience like this
