I am still waiting on a parcel to be delivered, Royal Mail said they delivered it but didn't and nothing is being done to help me I'm just told I need to raise it with Royal Mail! As they are the sender of the parcel the contract is between them and the courier and isn't my responsibility to raise the dispute as I am the customer.
Very very poor service and I will never shop with them or Chic Me again!

To be really honest waited too long for it then to get it skirt was badly marked parts of the zip was rusty looked liked someone had wore it for weeks then never washed it I got offered 10% refund (£1.98) thought I could get stain out but I was being hopeful and wasn't worth sending it bk time and cost so I won't buy from here clothes look great on website till you get it

The material is cheap, look's nothing like the product described, see through, the delivery time was absolutely terrible, even when purchased from other overseas businesses we have never waited for something this long, overall don't buy

Little long on delivery but dress is lovely so worth the wait

I bought some clothes from this site for a holiday - wish I had never come across it! The clothes cost £65 in total and didn't fit. There is no feasible way to send them back as the customer service is constantly attempting to persuade you to keep the clothes for a refund of £20! YOU have to pay P&P to send them back to China! The site will do anything possible to dissuade you from getting a full refund or sending the clothes back despite any insistence on your part. Disgusting. Please save your money and don't buy from here.

I ordered a cowboy hat. It looked like it was sturdy. I was super excited. It gets here and is super damaged and cannot be reshaped. How several people tried. I was told they would give me 5$ coupon and then 10$ but they won't let me have a refund.

HOWEVER When something needs to be returned to them, they will not accept damaged products.

PRACTICE WHAT YOU PREACH!
I'm out 25.00 not including shipping.

I will never buy from them again.

I didn't receive my order/products. Have tried to get in contact but no luck

It took weeks to arrive but the product was good. I have unsubscribed from emails yet I am still receiving them. Not over amused with the experience overall. I likely won't order from here again.
