Ordered in early April and received in late May. Product received was good and as described.

I haven't received anything. They blame the delivery and tell me to complain to them.
Yet I don't know the deliverer.
If it's not delivered IVRose should refund, doesn't matter what the reason is. They chose the delivery not me.

Good experience but poor products. I definitely will not be shopping there again.

The last time the sizes where off, luckily I can alter my purchases

... To the point that I thought I had been scammed. When the goods did arrive I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the goods.

Very slow website at loading items, I wanted to by more things but got frustrated by it

Would have liked more information on delivery as didn't know when it was being delivered or how long it was going to take, as it was it took a few weeks to come with no information.

I could see what I wanted and the price was good, delivery took a few weeks which wasn't clear prior to ordering

Placed my order 14 April said would receive an email to track order, paid said order would take 10 days, no emails no goods after 10 days, took 30 days to get, at that point put in a complaint to a generic email and order came on day 31...DISSAPPOINTED with service won't be using again.as this MAY happen again

Never received my order and never received a refund. Will be reporting to PayPal and the South Carolina Consumer Protection Agency. Will also forward complaint to the SC Attorney General

Too long waiting time for the shipment, the colors in the picture are not as clear as in real life, the sizes are understated, I wanted to return both parcels but unfortunately I did not find any information on how to do it.

I liked the top that I bought. I'm not sure about the dress.
