Long delivery wait with little updates. Clothing not of great standard

The fit isn't very good, not great quality. Overall I was a little disappointed considering the price and length of time I had to wait.

Very happy with my purchase. Item was as it was described.

Sent a message to say item was out of stock and offered a replacement + £5 of the original items value. New item arrived quickly. Very happy.

The delivery and process was good, just the dress didn't quite look like it did in the picture

Do t order from here if you are in a hurry. Items eventually delivered and seem to be in reasonable condition.

Won't be shopping with you again unfortunately, led to believe that exchange could happen without me having to pay Pöst charges to the US, offered a 20% refund to keep a dress that doesn't fit and one I cannot wear. Only option was to pay the post charges and exchange my dress for a bigger size, however I that didn't fit either I would have to pay post charges again to return another dress?
Other great online stores I can use, such as Shein with free returns …. Therefore I will continue to purchase clothes from them… not you I'm afraid, luckily I have also advised many friends who considered buying from you not to waste their money!

Didn't get shipped until I messaged asking where it was and asking to cancel as it had taken so long. Item nothing like photos and very poor quality. Returning them as the are rubbish

Ordered over 2 weeks ago and still waiting on my order

The dresses I ordered were of a poor quality & not true to size which is ashame as the design is lovely

The two dresses I ordered were pictured as above the knee, basically mini length. The ones I received are both well below the knee, and the elastic around the top, which is supposed to be tight enough to wear off the shoulder, is so loose, it slips down your arms way too much.

I'm very happy with the dress. It looked exactly as it did online. I haven't worn it out yet but I'm sure it will get many compliments.

Don't think I like the material it's cheap and tacky...won't be wearing any of these dresses

This was the worst return I have ever done,from day one of having to contact them for returns information they kept trying to get me to keep the product an offered me 10% refund on first day
Aftef day 5 of contact going up to a 50 % discount refund an to keep the product but I just wanted my full refund back,
They finally gave me return details but once I got my refund it was less then half I paid and they said it was because they charge insurance for the return and charge to return the product so I would have been better of just taking the 50% refund an to keep the product will never order again
