Took ages to arrive and once it did dress was too big in all the wrong places hung awful fit was terrible no invoice or returns instructions

Beautiful clothing with many different styles to choose from. Shipping takes about a week and a half to two weeks, which isn't bad at all. I have never had any issues with this company and all the clothing that I have received has been of great quality. The pricing is also a great deal!

My overall shopping experience was excellent. The items arrived on time. The outfits were perfect, material a color superb.

The fabric is too thin and I need to return these items. How do I do that?

I was disappointed to see the poor quality of the sewing. The stitching was very loose and one sleeve wasn't stitched but wrapped with the dress.
I didn't have enough time to send back and get another in time for my hols if this was just a one off. However communication was good but I was only given 20% money back which won't cover the cost of someone fixing it

Dress would have been lovely if it wasn't to tight on the arm part and it is way to long im 5ft4 but dress is way to long even with heals on it about 12 inches to long. Shame as seen a few products and now dearnt order incase same issues.

These tops run very small and seem kind of short - not one of them is long enough - they are so cute - but I doubt I will ever wear any of them - but shipping them back is such a pain - I will keep them and see if one of my Neices can wear them

This is the worst lingerie experience I've ever had. The material is so cheap. The sizes were all too small and I even ordered a size up to be safe. You don't accept returns so I managed to get a 20 percent refund for my dissatisfaction and had to throw the lingerie in the garbage. There is no way this was the same lingerie as the pictures showed. Terrible.

Easy order placement.
Clothing is pretty cheaply made. The photos are deceiving, as I purchased a dress that looked great via the photo but in reality was a cheap, thin piece of fabric that was see-through.
I was only able to keep 1 of 3 products.
Upon wanting to return my products, at first, communication was consistent. I was then informed it was exchange only. Once I selected my exchange items, I did not hear back from the people I was emailing. Yes, people, plural. At this moment as I write, It's been 2 weeks since I've heard back from the original folk. At the one week mark, I threatened to write a horrible review, and nothing. It was at that time I submitted a second ticket online via the website and this time I was acknowledged. I was given a return address and at this moment I am to send them an update when my return package arrives to the sender and that is when my exchange items 'will be sent out'. So we shall see.
