Quick and easy, it's so much easier dealing with Epson via IT Supplies, Epson makes great printers, but they just don't have a face, or ever get back to me. ITs Customer Service is thorough.

I despise using the website. If it were humanly possible I doubt without considerable effort one could make it more difficult to use. The poor customer service people, all they can do is apologize. That is why it is useless to contact me for followup. The day you stop carrying Simply Elegant is the last day I will buy my supplies here.

I ordered some ink cartridges and paper in 8.5x11 and 13x19. The 13x19 paper didn't show a tracking number. I got the 8.5x11 paper and most of the ink cartridges in the first shipment by UPS. There were two more UPS tracking numbers which were one ink cartridges each. I was hoping the 13x19 paper would be in one of those shipments, but it wasn't. By this time it was the weekend, so I planned to call your customer service on Monday. I was away from home on Sunday, and the 13x19 paper was delivered by FedX. Luckily my landlady was there and could get it. I never got a shipping notice or tracking number from FedX. This is the third time this has happened. I live in a city with a lot of porch pirates, so I like to be home when deliveries come, but I can't with no tracking.

Your website order payment process needs some work to make it more user friendly. If I have left out an item of information and have to go back, the info I have already entered should not be removed. Very irritating.

It took 4 attempts to reset my password. Following reset link got message "link is only valid for 24 hours"
Attempted to pay using Amazon account - would not let me. Message said email on Amazon is the same as email on it supplies. Enter another email.
It took five or more tries to pay by credit card instead. Some were my fault - mistyped number, but others just went into lala land and nothing happened. Message "you have already submitted this form. If nothing happens in 0 seconds, you can click here to resubmit"
I'm hopeful that at the end of day I submitted one order, not several.

You didn't know my password; and after I requested a new one, my order was lost. Then I had to fill in the form twice because I forgot to choose shipping method. That was 30 minutes wasted. IT Supplies was once my favorite site for inks and paper for my Epson printer.

Ink has gone up in price since I last purchased from Atlex. Shipping is too expensive, I am forced to go to Amazon. Something I would rather not do but your pricing is no longer attractive even with the .49 cent discount. A shame.

Each time I order on line I get frustrated with the credit card information entry portion of the site. It would be much easier if the all the fields for card entry displayed at once and did not require scrolling. I go round on this because the CVC code field doesn't display and I miss it then loose my information and have to reenter again. 3 days ago I thought I had successfully order the ink we needed only to discover today when it didn't arrive that the order was still in the cart. I remember filling in the credit card information several times, but there must still have been a missing element. Frustrating - but I love your service and quick turn around on my ink and paper.

Your previous website was far more simple. I did not have to search through all the Epson inks to find the ones for 7900 printer, for 350ml, then the color. I simply typed in the code for that color, such as for Cyan, 7900, 350ml-- it was T5962. Now, it takes 3 times as long to hunt to find.

Web site is now horrible - can't order multiple inks from same page - requires repeated, confusing back and forth navigation - often no add to cart button (or even though multiple inks selected and quantities increased, only one added to cart) - just finding the correct ink has become cumbersome. Even though address was on file got message that it had changed and then had to enter credit card info for a second time. Old site: I could select all my inks on one page - add to cart - and easily checkout. Using this web site was an awful, frustrating, time-wasting experience and I am a long time customer. I remember the "good old days" of IT Supplies shopping.
