Shipment of supplies can be a little slow but they are the best at packing tings. It is rare that I get a damaged item. If there is a problem, they take care of it immediately.

I HAVE NOT USED PRODUCT YET
This was my first time ordering anything for our Epson SC6000 plotter. Peggy made it easy and even called me to explain to me that Epson had discontinued the ink I had ordered. She took the time to explain all of that to me and then to send me the correct parts #'s for all of the ink.

I ordered some ink cartridges and paper in 8.5x11 and 13x19. The 13x19 paper didn't show a tracking number. I got the 8.5x11 paper and most of the ink cartridges in the first shipment by UPS. There were two more UPS tracking numbers which were one ink cartridges each. I was hoping the 13x19 paper would be in one of those shipments, but it wasn't. By this time it was the weekend, so I planned to call your customer service on Monday. I was away from home on Sunday, and the 13x19 paper was delivered by FedX. Luckily my landlady was there and could get it. I never got a shipping notice or tracking number from FedX. This is the third time this has happened. I live in a city with a lot of porch pirates, so I like to be home when deliveries come, but I can't with no tracking.
Received product no issues. Package came in good condition. No damages.
