The checkout process is terrible! Had to put in multiple email addresses, multiple entries for password. It took many m,any times and a very long time to complete! If I did not need the order items I would not come back here!
2/20 my packages arrived in a timely manner. Thank you. If you can make your check out cleaner I will consider improving your rating further. You provide a much needed and appreciated service for photographers!
My orders are always shipped quickly and very well packaged - always appreciate the personal help when it is needed!
I just have one suggestion. My complete order was sent in two separate shipments. While I really do appreciate you getting me half the order as soon as possible, I would have preferred being given the choice of getting half now half later, or waiting longer to get it all at once. Occasionally I do need it asap, bu usually I order ahead enough to be able to wait.
Cutting the number of deliveries would benefit you and our environment.
Otherwise I am completely happy with the way the paper was packaged and handled.
All's good. Shipping is great, usually receive in one day rarely two with normal shipping. Not like Amazon that if you don't pay for fast shipping they don't pull your order for four days then two at least to get there. THANKS!
Easy to find the items I wanted, and the prices are great - even cheaper than Amazon.
Update: Even although the items were shipped from multiple locations, everything arrived within the expected time. Great service - I'll use them again for my next ink/paper order.
I think I make this comment every time I order. When you had your old web site ordering always went smoothly. With the new one it keeps kicking back for one reason or another then it turns out I appear to be logging in as a new customer not a returning one. I find this curious as it has my personal info with out the log in. Please make the first steps of ordering clearer.
Found the shipping rate to be high for a small order. Other than that I am satisfied.
Customer Service contacted me immediately regarding the above statement. I had missed a promo for free shipping and they refunded the shipping costs.

I ordered several inks for an epson stylus photo 2400. I had to select each item separately, add to cart, then next item do the same. That is a lot of unnecessary button punching.
I received a reply saying there is a button to allow this. OK, but I am saying "It ain't easy to find such things on the website."
Great difficulty checking in. Long time customer my usual e-mail password was not accepted. Tried credit card, PayPal-- no idea which (both?) were charged, or did it go through J.
As it turned out, the order went through. No record of it in your (mine?) account.
Selected new password. Reordered received 2 sets of the order. Asked for a return label, returned it, received refund notice.
So as it stands now I have one set of the order and paid for it once- so all well - Happy New Year - Jeno
Screens jump, signing up for newsletter erases all info in billing, it's not obvious that a shipping method has to be selected, etc. Lots of usability problems.
Website ordering wasn't going through, called, was not able to talk to a human being, got message to leave a callback number, very poor way of doing business.
You're interface with Paypal needs work. I had to login to Paypal separately, then come back to your site to pay for my purchase. Your page to 'help' me didn't do anything.
Update: I've since run into this very same problem at another site and so I'm inclined to think the issue is with PayPal, not with you.
The only thing I would like is a means of registering my business resale license, and when you check out an eta for regular shipping
And the box was shipped without any outer box, and was fairly banged up.
The payment system allowing check payment is great but it should be said, that the order doesn't ship until you receive check. And considering a customer's history could be considered in terms of extending credit in this circumstance.
I thought the maintenance cartridges would be hard to find, since they visually where not located with the ink cartridges but after getting my inks into the shopping cart, simply typing my chose in the search window, brought the maintenance tank for my model of Epson right up!
Problem with 'smooth' checkout as website called for new/update info, but nothing needed changing.
Evidently this has been addressed since changing to the new website. Otherwise, always a good source & experience.

ITSuppies are the best! While most of my orders are online, whenever I do need a salesperson, customer service, or tech support, they are very helpful and just great people to work with! I recommend them without hesitation.
I ordered on my iphone with a few beers in me so it was a bit bumpy. But I succeeded, so the 4 stars are due to the beer. I will say that IT Supply have had the best prices over the years and I would recommend them highly. Keep up the good work. I bought an Epson 4000 in the 2000's and I still have it. Upon rethinking my position I now promote my rating to 5 stars.
I've bought lots from ITsupplies, and found that I had to open an account again. Also disappointed about the high expense requirement for free shipping. (I'm ordering stuff I don't really need right now, just to avoid the shipping charges. Hmmmm.). There's been very good customer relations work with genuine conversations about my comments. I continue to use ITsupplies as my #1 supplier of photo products. Good prices, good service - and I'll just adjust to the higher free shipping requirements. (I've often wondered how they do it anyway...)

I've bought equipment, media and inks from them, and will buy from them in the future!
