Web navigation is getting a little clunky. Could not gang orders, had a shipping update which caused me to reenter all credit card data, etc.

Update. Got a quick return email from customer service that explained the shipping update issue (security) and noted my other issues. Appreciated the feedback.

Very good. I had a phone discussion yesterday with one of your representatives and he told me that the box with the canvas roll is factory sealed. He checked and gave me this answer. I have sincerely appreciated and I expect to receive the item.

I always have a great experience. This last order was a little tricky because twice the ink came and it was leaking all over. The next Day replacements were shipped to me, but one of them was leaking as well. In the end it all worked out.

The order procedure graphics were not clear. Took a long time to navigate through it. I got hung up at choose shipping...just a bar to click. Could have been set up to be an obvious clickable menu. Whatever. Thank you for stocking these inks that I've been searching for quite a while.

I had to go through the ordering process twice, and then change my password in order to complete my purchase. I received feedback from itsupplies, and everything turned out fine. Got my order in good time (as usual). Turns out the change in the user interface required a re-entry of login info. No problem. ItSupplies has always been good for me!

Simple site navigation, easy on thte eyes. Had to scroll back up to find the submit order button, might be able to have this descend with the user down the page as info fields extend.

Was able to expedite shipping of spectrophotometer to get it from customs to my site just in time for a training. Thanks so much for the way of responding.

It just seems like a more difficult site to shop on than many others. The product selection is very good. Sometimes it is a little time consuming navigating to things. Some search functions don't seem fully accurate. Example: searched for Canson Infinity papers, but Plantine never showed in the search results. I had to specifically put in Plantine to go to it.

It was a bit complicate shopping cart. Needs to click for paying extra times and i wish the web designer of this company needs to learn more about web design for smooth shopping. I received quite quick after the order and appreciated. I want to buy more from here. Ink is good. Shipping is very good. Thanks

This is my 2nd order from IT Supplies. I received my first order within a 1 week (5 business days) window. I depend on quick deliveries so I can complete my projects in a timely manner.

One Epson ink cartridge failed to be recognized by my printer due to a manufacturing flaw. IT Supplies immediately sent me a replacement cartridge. Absolutely no hassle.

ColorHQ has a great selection and prices of merchandise, which alone would make them my first place to check when I need printers, ink, media, etc. But their customer service is absolutely outstanding and has made me a loyal customer for years. The excellent personal customer service is unparalleled; Jim, Bob, and the rest of the staff are wonderful to work with, time and time again.

I tried to call for availability but no phone lines seemed to be working. This turned out to be a minor problem. My Epson P7570 arrived quickly and set up was not difficult. I have purchased hardware and supplies from IT for years.

Pre Order questions handled very well. They have an unpack the box video and 1 hour of setup support. So, far, so good.
The video was not our exact model, so I followed it almost to the end and then had to use a couple pages of the manufacturer's User Guide.
Overall, a very good experience! I would certainly recommend colorHQ...we have already ordered supplies from colorHQ, too. The pricing was very good!

You guys have been reliable and timely for the past several years. But you sent half of my last order to New Jersey instead of Calif. Color HQ followed up in a timely manner and I got my delivery a couple days later. My subsequent delivery was complete and on time.

Itsupplies saved me. I ordered a latex printer and did not received the inks that I ordered with the printer. I got tired of waiting as it was delaying my date to step off production. They got the ink to me the next day and I was able to get my print shop going. I am looking forward to doing business with them.
