I have purchased from itspplies and now color hq for all my printing needs for4 or 5 years. Prices are good and shipping is fast. Never a problem with an item being out of stock. Still getting used to new website and increase in minimum amount for free shipping. Overall I am very satisfied and will continue to purchase my supplies here.
It was my first time on your site. Everything worked fine just took me a while to figure a couple things out. Little things like scrolling to the bottom of page for the order button and my laptop has a small screen and the button was off screen for the drop-down for closing chat box. I'll get it the next time.
There were two key players in this transaction...IT Supplies and FedEx Ground shippers. Here's the scoop: IT Supplies = 10 (perfect). FedEx Ground = 3 (considerably less than perfect); they have a bug in their tracking process that reported to me that my shipment had been delivered to the wrong person in the wrong town, only to change to the correct information AFTER I received my shipment on the same day. Go figure. At least I got my package. I wonder, however, what the other guy got.
I ordered a custom icc profile and in the past, these profiles were sent via e-mail. I was charged shipping just now, not sure why. There was no option to complete this transaction without choosing a shipping method.
The shipping was refunded and I received the profiles via drop box.
Paid via Paypal. Upon returning to your site, it is not clear if the order has been placed. Seems possible that by completing the form on your site AFTER paying via Paypal, that the order is being placed twice. Which is not the intended action. Thanks!
And now find that all was fine - no double order. Will order from IT Supplies again.

The piecemeal arrival of all the orders l placed didn't please me. I placed my last order with Epson, and it arrived in one smallish packege 1 week after placing the order. Although nothing was discounted, the shipping was free.
ColorHQ has always been awesome. This is the second time I have had a printer problem. It is 4pm Utah time, so I assume they are in Central time zone. 5pm, went back to the back and hand pulled my order, took it to the "UPS Shipping Location" on their way home so I could have a new part overnight, ie tomorrow morning... Over the TOP customer service!

Only certain browser will work with your website. This has limitations.
I am using a Mac with OS 10.6.8 - The Safari browser is probably not compatible with your web site. I also use Chrome. Using a newer Mac there is no problem.
I called this afternoon looking to get some information about Epson Signature paper. I asked the person who first answered the phone that I wanted some specific information on Epson papers and was looking for someone who was knowledgeable about the these papers.
I then was connected to Bob M., who was great and answered all of my questions. Bob was knowledgeable and made a special effort to understand my needs.
This service is outstanding.
I was waiting for the package in my office, and checked the tracking. It said the package had been left in the lobby instead of being brought up to the office. I checked the lobby and there was no package there. The lobby is unattended, and anyone could have taken it. The courier said there was a problem with the elevator, but it had been working all day. That was on a Friday. I stopped by my office on Sunday, when I am normally not open, and the package was there in the lobby. There was only one other business open on Friday, and they didn't see it.
I ordered 2 rolls of printer paper. You sent me one immediately and the second one came later from another company. (I assumed you did not have that one in stock). The one you sent me was great. The one that came from another company was packaged so ugly not in a box and the roll box was so beat up and tapped i wanted to send it back. I will make sure you have it in stock the next time.
Too many payment details. Every time you miss one it erases the card number, so you have to go back to the beginning. It took three passes to get it to take my informatio.
Follow up: Spoke to a rep. By email who sent me the item the next day!
I have used your company when it was Alex. When I tried to sign on with my password, it didn't work. I had to reset it. Then when I signed on, it didn't have any of my information, so I had to fill all that in again. Then a couple times when I tried to complete the order, my payment info had disappeared, and I had to enter it again.
My order did arrive quickly and with no problems. And IT has the best prices on Epson supplies I have found.

Shopping was fine, but the website kept telling me that my email address already had an account, but it wouldn't accept the password that I had for this account (from Atlex days). I had to give an alternate email address for the order to be accepted. That process took at least a half hour, much too much time for a simple order.
But after I posted the above evaluation, I was contacted by an IT representative, who apologized and fixed the problem with thier website for me, and now all is well. In fact, I was surprised at how quickly my order arrived.
