IJL is a great idea but I have discovered there's a lot of variables for individuals of a certain age, area and inventory of availability. In not quite two years I've had four dates, 1 good,1 okay and the other 2 not so much. In this same timeframe I've had as least 5 matchmakers not because I'm difficult but because they've left IJL for one reason or another!

Anita, has been helpful with the entire process from helping me with picking out the right photos to improving my profile.
In addition, she listened to my needs and worked with me to find the right person and to help with the location of the first meeting to make sure that the location was truly a good mutual meeting place. So far, the picks have been spot on.

I like It didn't take as long as my matchmakers that were chosen for me like my first time. I was about to lose hope and give up. There is a lot of guess work when doing online dating. IJL take the time to understand the person that you are, and make match choices based on their experience. It really takes a lot of wasted time out of the equation.

You can buy you a prostitute but you can't buy a wife. What's the point of paying $4000 for a prostitute? It's insane!
If you want a true lady, I have 2 news for you: 1. You'll have to find her yourself, court her and win her heart. 2. It will be a lot cheaper and easier.
I don't claim to be a leading expert on dating sites, but I've had a vast experience and I am very familiar with most of popular dating platforms. Eventually I got married to the most beautiful Ukrainian woman and she made me the happiest man on Earth.
So a word of advice: don't fall for this trap of paying and getting a mail-order bride. It just won't work. ItsJustLunch owners are just trying to manipulate on your wish to make things easy and to have them guaranteed.
But it's just a money-vacuum with 90% of fake profiles and 10% of completely undesirable women.

Anita has been very compassionate and patient. I was transferred to her in the mist of chaos due to the cancer battle of my ex husband, my children's father.! I resumed my dating availability and wanted to be transferred to Ventura California. I did not realize it was a process, and she was patient and explaining that. I am so glad she did not transfer me. Now, that my life is back to normal, I am ready to date and she is ready to introduced me to potential love matches in the Atlanta area.

It has been a complete waste of money and time. It so expensive! If you sign up for a long-term membership remember they only have to set you up on 5 dates. They will sell you a great picture of what they will do for you and then you could be like me forced to meet up with a date that you would rather run and hide from. Oh ya! There are some weird and very unattractive people out there and if you sign up with It's Just Lunch you could be exposed to having a date with them!
Be super careful on timing. They take your money then disappear 3 days. Then they take your info get you hyped up and disappear again! Even when they are totally inappropriate they still tell you. You just need to date on our site! Just be cautious cause once they sign you on. Even if you're reluctant you're done!
Elliot has been wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend him to a friend. He has made my experience personal and comfortable and I trust him with my feedback. He is a great person to work with and I look forward to continuing working together in the future.

This site is a straight up Joke. I paid 2500$ And only had 4 dates, they don't follow their own rules. They steal your Money. She had the nerve to call me and say I have to pay another 2500$. I said where is the rest of my dates when we agreed I have 12. They are liers. They know how to talk to you and once you pay they disappear. They also gave me dates that I didn't even agree to have. Joke JOKE JOKE JOKE. Don't do it. I will not pay one cent. For This website
Aliona, IJL Did not steal your money, we are sorry you feel this way. Your membership expired due to the fact you exceeded your available hold time in you membership agreement. You were placed on notice on August 23,2021 that you had 180 days of hold time remaining and that if that hold time was exceeded it would expire. I have been a member since November 2022. Not one date. I have asked for my money back, however, they continue to state they can service me. I have no confidence or trust in this company.
