The representatives of the customer service are rude and arbitrary. They are intolerant and for no reason, they can (and will!) block temporarily or permanently your account without any explanation, even if you comply with the rules, pay for your credits, and have no complaints from anyone! In my experience, I see that many profiles are fake and when you think that you are talking with another member of the site, in reality, you are talking with an employee that pretends to be the person in the profile that you are looking at... BEWARE! And don't fall in their trap!

Please note that all of our validated members are real and verified. Validated members' profiles are verified twice. Firstly, our Regional Partner gathers and verify personal background information, ID, and other documents of the member as well as upload verification video where the member gives his/her consent to use our Website. The second step of verification procedure is held by our Moderation Team after the Regional Partner creates a new member’s profile. In order to verify the member’s identity, we ask the following: A valid passport/national ID document; A verification video where the member, holding the ID in hands, declares the current date and confirms that he/she wants to use the service. Firstly, in order to register, every member takes a short video of herself / himself holding the ID, stating the current date, and confirming his/her consent for the registration out loud. Secondly, we verify if the information provided in the registration video corresponds to his/her profile info. Our moderators check if it is the same person — both at the video and at the profile picture. Thus, we can assure the person you are talking to is the person you see in the profile. Lastly, we verify if the personal documents member attaches are valid.
If any profile does not meet the requirements of the check-up at any of the abovementioned stages, it gets deactivated.
